May 17,2023Had my initial consultation with Dr N S and the whole process is quick and straightforward. Made my first phone call last Friday and emailed all docs, heard back this Monday offering me an appointment on the same day. Dr very understanding and nonjudgmental, listening to my medical history and give some useful recommendations. The consultation lasted about less than half an hour I waited about 5 min past appointment time before getting connected with the dr. Overall I was treated very professionally by the Integro team. Would recommend

Apr 01,2023My experience with integro has been flawless! The staff are absolutely incredible!! One member of the team really stands out! She goes above and beyond for her patients!! Louise Thomas!! She has been so patient an helpful, she really does understand what the client wants, an is also very reassuring! If I ever have any questions or query's Louise gets back to me asap! I really feel like she deserves a promotion as she goes above an beyond to help! From sign up to receive me medication it's been a pleasure! The doctors are so knowledgeable and just lovely to speak to, which you don't often get in a doctor, if I'm honest! I was so skeptical when I started the process but Louise helped me at every step an now I am a very happy integro patient! Integro really do need to be recognised for their efficiency, the caliber of staff and medics they employ and how the service is handled from the start to finish! I wouldn't go elsewhere now!

Mar 17,2023My experience with Integro has been amazing from the very start. I initially enquired on a Friday, saw Dr Niraj Singh on the Monday and had my prescription by the Friday that week. Dr Singh is amazing. He listened to me and gave me hope that I could finally get some help for my condition. He was understanding, extremely knowledgeable about the subject and I felt totally supported throughout the whole appointment. I have monthly appointments with Dr Singh to ensure I am on the right path with my medicine and all is going well. It’s an absolutely refreshing experience to actually be heard and helped. I recommend both Integro and Dr Singh, 100 percent and have recommended him to many of my friends.

Mar 10,2023Dr Singh made me feel very comfortable.. he was warm, friendly and empathetic, I got the feeling that he genuinely cared about his patients. .. A totally different experience to the clinic that I have just left! He listened to me, and has prescribed 2 medical cannabis flower strains, and 2 oils, mainly for my ADHD/PTSD/Severe anxiety, Severe insomnia, and chronic pain. I look forward to starting the treatment, coming off my morphine and pregablin, and feeling a lot better!

The grow project is also helping me afford my medicine. Truly I’m not sure how they could help more. Since becoming a member of Integro, my stress levels have reduced and my wellbeing is so much better.

The Dr explained the process to me and we talked about my condition. We also talked about various strains and the Dr recommended two indica strains which sounded right for me. All in all it was a very positive first meeting with Integro and Dr Singh

Feb 24,2023When I pay 50 pounds for a 2 minute consultation I expect the clinician to know what is available and what is not.. she recommend a strain that ips have told me is not available so rather than offer an alternative I'm just given what they have got which I find a disgrace that it's even available to be ordered if it cant be delivered you would think these guys correspond what's available
