Jun 20,2024My first Initial experience with Integro clinics was a very pleasant one, I have been a medical cannabis patient for years you see. I was previously with curaleaf clinics ( AKA Sapphire Medical Clincs when I first joined ) with Sapphire I had no issues accessing medical cannabis prescription due to my diagnosed PTSD, personality disorder and history of anxiety. I have had previous misdiagnoses from age 18 till around 20 that was explained to the nhs psychiatrists before I had my medical cannabis prescription and at my initial consultation with Sapphire they were all in agreement that my perceived psychosis was symptoms of my complex PTSD. Now I get to talking with integro through email as I'm looking to try and get my prescriptions issued to ips pharma and wanted to get access to better quality flower and a better price as the medication I was getting from curaleaf was limited. We had a long discussion and I was assured I could go ahead with a free consultation but first I would need to discharge from curaleaf. I got my discharge letter and the consultation was booked. I now go to have my consultation, during the consultation my opinions were not really listened too. You could tell by the way the psychiatrist was speaking that my medical record hadn't been read nor had any of the notes or information I had provided prior to my consultation. I was treated as someone completely new to medical cannabis told due to my prior history of a psychotic episode that he believes i was psychotic and that medical cannabis is not safe for me to be using. I had been using it for years before this consultation without any psychotic episodes or symptoms brought on by medical cannabis and even at the MDT meeting with Sapphire medical it was discussed that I have never had a psychotic episode while on cannabis and this remains true to this day. I was asked questions such as why were you even prescribed medical cannabis and why did they prescribe you cbd. I have anxiety symptoms due to my disorders and struggle taking to new people expecially males so getting information across when I am in such a state is hard for me. I got to the point where I couldn't look the doctor in the eye and I had to end the consultation prematurely because I was about to break down. My medication had now been taken away with no access to anymore and a feeling of panic. I was reassured that there was one option left before I ended the consultation that he would get a second opinion but at that point I couldn't look at him and I felt like this is just over there is no point now I felt like my safety my way of feeling somewhat normal was now stripped away from me after all the years of fighting and getting doctors to listen I was all the way back to square 1 again, ignored, misdiagnosed and left with no relief. I emailed integro after my consultation and explained what had just happened. I got a reply that was thoughtful and I can't thank the service manager Louise Thomas enough. Great customer service and the only reason this review is not a 1. Once I receive a reply and update to the situation I will consider amending my review to reflect the actions taken to remedy my situation but right now this story needs to be told and the people need to be aware. Update: The MDT meeting letter I received was lacking in any detail at all and said and I quote. After a careful review of your medical history and current health status by our dedicated multi-disciplinary team, we regret to inform you that, at this point in time, we are unable to proceed with a cannabis prescription for your treatment. While this news may not be what you were hoping for, please understand that our ultimate goal is your wellbeing. Our decision is guided by the aim to provide you with the safest and most effective treatment options. This is not acceptable, and not to mention illegal discrimination.

Jun 18,2024Had appointment booked waited an hour past appointment time but doctor didn’t even show. Later received email stating case is with MDT and will be decided in 5 days then same day received different email claiming after original dr had looked at my notes before my original appointment and I’m not eligible? Btw I have more than 4 qualifying diagnosi and if I’m not eligible why suggest other clinics to try.So he didn’t even bother to show nor notify me.. very professional…. Yet another clinic only in it for profit due to pathetic uk laws etc. seems to be more about me being disabled and on benefits than any real reason.once legalised you’ll all be out of business so enjoy robbing ppl why you can and thanks for wasting my time. AVOID

May 20,2024I always have a fab experience with integro, it sometimes feel like I'm talking to a knowledgeable friend. Who's genuinely got my best interest at heart. Today I had Marco and the appointment ended up with us laughing. I threw so many questions at him and he answered them with patience and care. Can't fault. I have been a patient for over a year. And I can say it's genuinely changed my life for the better. I'm actually able to get on with my day to day and deal with pain and mood. Life with Cp, arthritis and mh problems isn't easy, but I'm a lot better thanks to medical canna, It's truly amazing! Thank you everyone at Integro!

Jun 21,2024Had nothing but issues, first they couldn't open basic jpeg files for images but managed to open them when they were re-sent exactly the same. Had my appointment with the psychiatrist today who basically went against every psychiatry and psychology specialist I've seen in the last decade and told me I shouldn't be suicidal every month, it's not normal and I need therapy and they won't prescribe until I've had a letter from a DBT therapist specifically for my suicidality. Nevermind the fact there is no specific therapy for suicidality and I have had CBT, DBT, trauma and schema therapy as well as various kinds of group and private counselling who have all determined its normal for me and have taught me methods to cope with and track my thoughts and feelings and how to manage them and seek help when needed. And have all agreed that me using cannabis was a benefit to me and was indeed included on my care plans...none of which this lady had access to but felt fully able to tell me they were all wrong and waiting for 2-3 years for a therapy I've already had is the only way I would have it prescribed. Also discounting the letters from the adhd and pain psychologist who both wrote about me using black market cannabis and wanting to go legal and that they were supporting that. The Dr basically said she was only talking about depression and gave me no other options. I am really disappointed as I had done my research and integro seemed to be the best but obviously not for me. Luckily I also contacted other clinics and have already been approved by another clinic with my fibromyalgia. Maybe save yourselves the hassle if you've ever been suicidal or have regular suicidal thoughts that you are managing and just go somewhere else from the beginning.
