Feb 22,2024I have been a patient at Integro for quite a while. Each and every member of staff I have interacted with ( I think I have probably dealt everyone!) The patient care is 10/10. They take their time to listen to your medical conditions and explain you options in great detail. They are extremely efficient in replying to any questions I may have. During my consultations with my doctor he makes me feel at total ease and I truly feel like I'm getting the best care. I suffered with debilitating headaches due to an inoperable brain cyst. Since becoming a patient at Integro I have got my quality of life back! Thank you to ALL the staff 10/10 Keep up the amazing work!

Feb 13,2024After 12 years of chronic pain and ever increasing usage and dependency of Opioids my wife was at the point of no return as the NHS and Pain Management teams could offer no more support as all their tried and tested methods would not work. As a last resort one of the Consultants recommended us to Integro and what a masterstroke that was. From almost day 1 the Cannabis oils removed most of the arthritic pain and after much trial and error of both oils and flower the neuropathic pain has started to be reduced as well which is truly a miracle. It does take time as we started back in November 2022 but what a change it has been. The bottom line is that my wife would not be able to walk now if it was not for Medical Cannabis and with the NHS leaning on her heavily to reduce her Opioid intake too that would not have been possible either. Our biggest wish is for NICE to give it the green light for Chronic Pain sufferers as it is a game changer and if they want people to reduce their Opioid intake this is the way forward. We cannot thank Integro enough for all the care and support and particularly want to call out Louise Thomas their Service Manager who is outstanding and a breath of fresh air. Knows when to be serious and also when to have a laugh and everything in between which is such a joy as well as James Watson who is the Clinical Nurse Consultant and handholds my wife through every turn and/or road block. Keep up the outstanding work Integro Team and never change.

Feb 08,2024Dr Nayee an mr James Watson is very friendly and welcoming, he understood my needs for pain relief and what was maybe best for me, better than my own GP ever has done. Integro clinics are very helpful and assisted me through everything to apply for a consultation and had me an appointment within a couple of hours of passing over all my details they requested. Overall very happy an would highly recommend Integrow.

Feb 06,2024EDIT - The prescription arrived today. So after I spoke with Dr Niraj Singh, he consulted with his team and they approved me on the Friday after Tuesday's meeting. By Tuesday the payment link was sent. I waited until 4pm on Wednesday and called up to spilt and pay my prescription. Nothing was too much trouble with either Integro Clinics or the pharmacy they work alongside. 21 hours later it was in my hand. What a fine and efficient service you offer. I am recommending you to anyone and everyon :) I feel like for the first time in my life I feel like I have been listened to. I have been battling chronic mental health issues all my adult life. I have been around the block with failed SSRi prescriptions that if anything, made me worse. Dr Singh had clearly prepared well for my video chat with him. He was aware of the information I submitted to the clinic, and was very informative to his recommendations on prescriptions he could offer me. I can't tell you how life changing this is for me. Dr Singh is doing god's work. Thank you for helping me, I will be eternally grateful to you.

Feb 06,2024I have been a patient of Integro since June 22, due to my previous clinic closing. I was anxious and slightly nervous with the change but the service was excellent and Dr Nayee was so profession and helpful and made the whole experience of switching clinics easy. During my time with Integro the service has been nothing but excellent. All the health professionals I have seen including James, and recently Marco have been brilliant so professional friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This has had a positive impact on my life not just the excellent natural medicine but the support that has come along with it. I would highly recommend this clinic. 10 out of 10 in all areas.

Jan 15,2024I've been a patient with Integro Medical Clinics since January 2023 after moving from Sapphire (now Curaleaf) Clinics, and it was the best decision I've made regarding my Medical Cannabis treatment. Integro are such a highly recommended clinic that have the best patient focussed doctors and nurses in the private cannabis industry. Their admin team are absolutely brilliant as well. I primarily see nurse James and he's such a great man, so knowledgeable, caring and understanding, couldn't wish for a better clinician. Integro in partnership with IPS Pharma is a great team, prescription to delivery of your medications is super quick. I've tried so many different dry herb strains and tried numerous oils, and I've found some great strains and oil that will help me on my way to reducing or stopping my fentanyl medication which before medical cannabis I'd never be able to even have the thought of hopefully coming off the fentanyl patches entirely (or at least drop to the lowest dose possible), and so, along with the care I receive from this incredible clinic, I truly feel this can be done so I'm ever so thankful to them, & i really can't recommend Integro Medical Clinics enough, very easy 5/5 stars! Oh, & they also have the GAP Scheme for those on benefits, Universal Credit, ESA, are a veteran or if you receive PIP/ADP/DLA then you get discounted appointment cost, & also discount on repeat prescription fee & money off certain strains of cannabis flower, oil & vapes that are part of the Grow Access Project (GAP), which helps so many people including myself access a clinic of this high calibre of private clinic, they truly are very patient focussed! Hands down the best private cannabis clinic here in the United Kingdom!
