If you think you do not require the assistance of an Estate Agent once you have entered into conveyance proceedings I urge you to think again. Doug and his Team were wholly instrumental in ensuring the sale completed. Doug and his Team liaised with all parties in the chain and, simply put, without his very kind assistance the transaction would not have completed. We are indebted to Doug and his Team. Further, Doug will be our 'go to' Estate Agent of choice for future property sale/purchase transactions.
