Oct 10,2017We have had a mixed experience that got progressively worse as exchange in contracts approached. We twice arrived at the point where my wife and I agreed to pull out of the purchase due to questionable levels of service, rescued at the last minute by progress. Despite the purchase being agreed, there was an overly aggressive air in the way some communications were handled, as if to try and close a deal that was already closing. This was probably not helped by the Vendor, but your job as agents is to broker between two parties, a job I feel was not handled very well at all. Indeed your involvement at times only served to confuse and delay. There was also a poor attempt at creating urgency in responses when responses were actually owed by yourselves. You were called on this and back-tracked over a period of 24 hours. I would be happy to discuss further either face to face or on the phone, but don't do not have the time to write in the required depth.

Oct 05,2017We used Intercounty recently to sell our property and had previously been on the market with another agent for 5 weeks and only had 2 viewings during that period. We changed to Intercounty and the viewings increased significantly and the potential buyers were all qualified beforehand and in a good position to proceed. Within 2 weeks we had an offer which we accepted and subsequently completed. I was very happy with Intercounty and Andrew Kershaw and his team kept us regularly updated throughout the process and so I would certainly recommend their service.

There were good handovers between team members which meant if the person I needed to speak to in the office wasn't in then somebody else was always able to deal with my enquiry.
