Intercounty have without doubt conducted themselves in the best way of all of them - realistic pricing, honest feedback and even just the fact that they have longer opening hours has been really appreciated. We were told we could sell our house for much more than we knew was realistic, and now are watching all houses around us reduce their prices to try and get a sale, while we are sold, complete in our new house and very happy with the outcome. Josh and Rosanna particularly were amazing - giving their honest thoughts on houses we were looking at when they could have just pushed us to make offers on the first ones we saw to hurry the sale along. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely use them again if the need arises, which I sort of hope it doesnt!

Experience was made easier by both Lois and Matt who not only gave helpful advice, kept the whole chain up to date but provided a huge amount of support. Aug 30,2017My partner and I are first time buyers and have been using sites such as Zoopla, Rightmove UK and Onthemarket.com to search for various properties up for sale. All of the properties are being dealt with by different Estate Agents. We have visited various properties and met with various Estate Agents and Intercounty have not only been the most professional but also the most helpful. They have always been at the end of the telephone or an email and whenever we have had viewings their agents have always been at the property early to meet us on time. We have also had experience with some Estate Agents who have no knowledge of the property they are selling and cannot answer any of our questions but Intercounty have been able to answer our questions, have knowledge of the houses we are looking at or looking for and have regularly sent us new properties available on the market which are in our price range. My partner and I have had some awful experiences with Estate Agents over the past few months however we have both been so impressed by Intercounty and their staff. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
