Jun 21,2017Did a good sales pitch to become managing agents of our property but disappointed with being kept in touch through getting tenants for our property. Advice/support throughout an already stressful time was not great. Turned it round towards the end but wouldn't recommend them to friends.

Unfortunately the sellers pulled out of the first house but Intercounty recommended another house to us which we have offered on and its been accepted. We have always found them so nice to deal with and I have to give a particular mention to Liz and Jenny who have always been so lovely and helpful. If we do ever end up selling our house I would use Intercounty to sell, without a doubt.

The team took control of viewings with good attention to small details which helped to sell the property. Particularly impressive was the service after offer was accepted , coordinating with the buyers to smooth over the transition to exchanging contracts which could have resulted in a lost sale if it was not for the tenacity of the agent- and especially Jenny who acted as an intermediary at this time.

Jun 14,2017After a slightly difficult start which was mainly due to lack of information regarding viewings and feed back and a subsequent phone call from myself to the office which was answered by Olivia Vanlint things changed dramatically. Olivia then took it upon herself to handle our affairs herself and from them on we had regular feed backs and plenty of viewings which resulted in the sale of our house and hopefully the purchase of our new home. All of the staff at the branch are extremely friendly and helpful but I feel customers would feel a lot happier if they had a dedicated agent with whom they could be in regular contact with, which we had with Olivia. I know this can be difficult to achieve but if an agent was allocated say four or five customers then I feel customers will not start feeling neglected.As for Olivia Vanlint we feel she has all the attributes to be a top class asset to Intercounty and treated right she should go a long way in her chosen field. In conclusion I would not hesitate to recommend Intercounty as a good Estate Agent to friends, family and acquaintances.

The valuation was accurate and the agent's knowledge and experience in the local market ensured a number of off-market viewings and a sale within 2 weeks of listing. Andrew was crucial in negotiating and communicating between all parties involved. I would happily recommend Andrew and Intercounty.
