As someone with a very strong prescription I ordered the Ultra thin AR lenses and was very impressed with how they turned out and fitted the frames. A very helpful lady called Hannah answered any questions I had and I was able to try on several frames at home before purchasing. They arrived quickly, thank you internet specs!

Now sending them to have the prescription altered as the frame is superb, but no longer manufactured. Customer service is personal and spot on. I would recommend them without hesitation

Mar 17,2018My glasses were delivered very quickly, probably faster than if I'd ordered them through a high street optician, they were half the price than I'd seen them in Boots. I was advised of their dispatch so i knew when to expect them, they were packaged well so no problems there. The glasses were exactly as you would get from an optician complete with original case, cleaning clothes. I will definitely buy from them again.

I place my order and a couple of hours later I received a call to apologise as they had sent my glasses out with out a delivery note as waiting on the printing of the note would mean they missed the last post. Also I was kept inform by email. Thank you so much for the fantastic service and I love my new specs.
