Jan 20,2018I’ve always had trouble finding adult glasses to fit my very petite size. Although I’m still continuing my search, my experience with internetspecs has been great. I received a lot of help and friendly advice over the phone. Always a very quick response from them (usually within 10 mins!!) and nothing seemed too much trouble. They sent 5 different frames to my house for me to try on. would recommend them to anyone looking to buy online. Thank you internetspecs!

Dec 28,2017The final result ( ie my glasses) is good. However it took 2 full long weeks to get my glasses ! The person who probably owns the website doesn’t live in the UK which may be the reason why it was so long. The price is good and the cut of the lens is good. I’m not sure I would use it again as I’m not so happy with the customer service.

Dec 27,2017Excellent service and great value for money! I paid a total of £135 for a pair of new glasses and reglazing an old pair of glasses and both pair of lenses were thinned too! The new glasses alone would have cost me over £200 in Boot's and that's without thinning the lenses so I'm really happy with my purchase from Internetspecs! They were even able to take my pupil distance from my old pair of glasses that I sent to be reglazed. I would highly recommend them to anyone! :)

Nov 24,2017I ordered two pairs of glasses - one pair of prescription sunglasses and another normal distance glasses. I supplied the frames for the sunglasses and they are perfect at a very good price. The other pair was supplied completely by Internetspecs with transition lenses which again were very reasonably priced compared to other online suppliers. I would have preferred the transition lenses to be even thinner and because the lenses are heavier than normal I have had to adjust them several times to wear them comfortably but now they are fine. Having glasses fitted is the only thing missing from an otherwise great service.

My local optician explained that there was a slight issue with the frame being out of alignment in one area, but they would try to fix it, which they did. However i explained to internet specs that there was this issue, and without any hesitation they offered a brand new frame if my optician failed to resolve. As it turned out there was no need to take the offer, but it was a very positive sign of a professional and helpful internet supplier who i woudl have no hesitation in recommending and using again.
