My husband wears only Cat frames(construction engineer - the frames are very resistant, and also fan of Caterpillar) , but we haven't found them any more in Romania so I decided to try buying from you for the first time last year. Sep 30,2017Very good service, communication excellent, proprietor rang to obtain further detail and to confirm some info previously given. Had to find extra money for 'surfacing' which, even though explained at the time, I didn't really understand why it was extra for those particular specification of glasses. Extra work done at 'cost' I am lead to believe so a plus for that. Despite the minor extra cost, the glasses provided were very good, presented well and if you have a 'big' head, you should be able to find what you are looking for here.

I shopped around for a while and found that internetspecs offer Kodak lenses for a very competitive price in comparison to high street and even other online opticians. My order took around a week to get back to me and I'm absolutely delighted with them. I was kept informed throughout the process, via phone and email. Haven't bought specs online before but having identified the frame I wanted in a high street optician, InternetSpecs were able to provide the very same Radley frame with even better lenses for almost half the price! Seemed too good to be true, but specs arrived glazed really well, exactly as ordered and quicker than expected. No reservations at all, would certainly use again. Love my new glasses, thank you!

I ordered online and Mark phoned me to double check whether I wanted the ultra light lenses as my prescription would mean that the lenses would already be light - so he saved me from paying out the additional cost for lenses I did not need. I was kept up to date of when my glasses would arrive. The glasses arrived really quickly, within a week and they are lovely. Wow - very impressed and will definitely be using them again.

Aug 16,2017I am incredibly pleased with the replacement lenses I ordered from InternetSpecs. They offer reglazing at a incredible price which was over £60 cheaper than my highstreet optician. I was nervous at first about sending my glasses away to an business unknown to me but InternetSpecs were brilliant. I spoke to Mark a few times on the phone, he was always very polite and professional and kept me updated on the progress of my order. The Kodak lenses they offer are superb and I'm very pleased with the quality and clarity. Their ultra thin lenses are just as thin as expected no issues there either. My frames with new lenses fitted were returned to me in perfect condition and had been well packaged for transport and clearly taken care of too. I was also pleased to receive a new Kodak cleaning cloth also. The little things really matter to me. I would certainly recommend this business to anyone and I'm pleased to be able to share such a positive experience. I will certainly be using their services again very soon.
