This past year we have needed to migrate Issuetrak from an OLD server running an older Server version, migrate to a new SQL server, and have had strange issues with email notifications not being sent. Issuetrak was not responsible or at fault for any of these issues, but they were responsible for helping us migrate over and get up and running in a very timely manner. Support (Tom!) was always willing to work around my schedule to get my issues resolved.
I am happy with issuetrak as it has become very useful in our company processes. We originally got issuetrak as a client portal and have used it for much more. It satisfies our certification process for client trouble tickets as well as vendor tracking. Vendor tracking is about 80% of what we use issuetrak for now. We document quotes requested, purchase orders created, work completed and work invoiced. I do not currently know of another helpdesk that would service our needs at this time.
Everyone at IssueTrak support is very helpful whenever there is an urgent issue. Downtime is always minimal.
Excellent service with prompt responses
We had issuetrak for years sitting on our SQL server. After some staffing adjustments I started to ask questions. I quickly dialed issuetrak where I learned of the upgrades and the many functions we had available we were not using. I can tell you that they walked me through each step. Always returned my calls and our upgrade went seamless. I highly recommend them for you tracking needs.
IssueTrak has been easy for us to use and deploy. We were able to create our own ticketing system without relying on IT support. We have found it to be customizable and meet our needs.
IssueTrak is a great product that has really enhanced our IT product. With asset tracking and a well organized help desk, it's multiple solution in one approach has been incredible for our organization.

Great system, saves our life!
We have been using IssueTrak for over 3 years and with a small user base it provided a breakthrough in customer service for our Accounts Payable section. However, now that its more widely accessible internal customers, the demand is for a more user-friendly product, in line with more expensive CRM's incorporated with our organisation's systems.
Support is always great, and they make constant improvements to their product.
IssueTrak is a vital piece of our business and has been for over 10 years. We use IssueTrak as our HelpDesk for our software company. We have a form in our product that our users fill out for us to take action in our product for them. We also use IssueTrak to help track our IT assets, their location, versions and maintenance due dates. IssueTrak has always been extremely responsive to any problems we might have, though honestly we haven't really had very many. IssueTrak is one of those products you just don't have to worry about. It just keeps on working. I would recommend IssueTrak to anyone that needs a solid dependable HelpDesk application that has so many useful features. Asset Management, Surveys and more.... As well, their own HelpDesk is extremely fast and works very hard to help you find a solution to whatever it is that you are trying to do.
I have been very pleased with the technical support that i have received from Issuetrak as i am a new administrator of the system we have installed. They have been very helpful in assisting with troubleshooting issues and providing information. Looking forward to learning more about the product and configuring new features.

IssueTrak allows for fine granularity and control of who sees what from an organization perspective, perhaps to the detriment of UI intuitiveness and general customization. Support is quite good and very responsive.
