Kim Dossey has been a great help for me understanding the IssueTrak program. I am new with my company and no one here was properly using this program but because of Kim giving me GREAT customer service I now know the direction I want to go in for the company and using IssueTrak. Issuetrak is a complex free ticketing system that logs and records issues submitted and resolved. its clean and professional and i recommend it to any business owner that requires customer support!
Issuetrak is a great tool for managing company wide issues. With an excellent support team, help is never too far away. Features like emailing support, users have no issues submitting a ticket. The only thing I would enhance is the reporting side of the system. as it is very complicated to run reports. Overall this is a great system and I would recommend this to anyone.
I really like the software, its quick and does the job but if I were to say anything that I would change is the UI, maybe a new more modern UI. Also it would be nice to be able to add additional sub-categories to the knowledge base.
the up costs to add additional feature is to high, issue track should bundle the feature all in one package
I like the ease-of-use of issuetrak and its reminders to get things done. It has been very useful!
We have been happy with IssueTrak for the most part. It helps us keep up with our support calls and has good reporting. Automating some of the tasks we wanted has not panned out and we've had a few glitches with the auto-emailing function, but overall it's a powerful tool.
We have been using IssueTrak for internal ticketing now for a few years. It has worked just fine for us and any support issues that we have had to contact IssueTrak were dealt with quickly and completely to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to anyone considering this type of system for their business.

Our site was mistaken shut down three years in a row by mistake, usually in the month of October and November. It was usually issues with the billing department. The support staff was great and always got us back up within a few hours when they realized the mistakes. The site itself was reliable, as long as we did not have too many windows open. Otherwise, changes may be lost.
IssueTrak does everything we need, very configurable and the support from IssueTrak is second to none.
They are very nice to work with. It took a little longer than I expected but in the end they helped me figure out how to get the right information.
You guys are all Rock Stars in my book. Keep up the great work.
IssueTrak is the best all-encompassing ticketing platform I've seen yet. Though tricky to setup, the end result is worth it. Also, the tricky setup is accompanied by an excellent staff that will walk you through every step to make sure all bases are covered.
I received a polite call after requesting a demo and was very happily surprised by the quality of the staff. Could answer all of my questions and did so very professionally. The tool meets the needs of most problem resolution systems 100%
If you need a low cost fully supported heldesk system. Issuetrak is the way to go. The software suite has the ability to extract data, create tickets via email, and the support staff is stellar if you run into problems or have questions.
