Feb 19,2025This really is a super easy transaction and once I was able to initiate a transfer of my private old 401k from a previous employer, the check arrived at iTrust quickly. In terms of customer service, Trent and Jonathan both were not only proactive but also constant with communications and updates while waiting on the check to arrive, clear, and be added. In fact, it was Jonathan that made me realize I was officially ready to start. This one thing is superior in banking alone nonetheless CRYPTO world.
