He answered all of my questions with confidence and taking a particular one a step further with a manager to ensure accuracy. Called ahead to see if I’d like to start the verification sooner than scheduled which happened to be more convenient for me. I give Josh 10 stars for being like-able, knowledgeable and more than capable!
