I was initally happy that my wallpaper arrived quickly. Ordered 2 rolls. Decorator asked me to get another 2, so I ordered more. He only used part of one of the rolls, so I thought great I'll send one roll back. They do not accept returns. At £99 per roll I am not impressed. Had I purchased the same wallpaper from a major retailer I would have been able to return it. I didn't read the returns policy as I just assumed I would be able to return it. Do not order more than you might need.....
Ordered a large rug! I was going away and arrangements were made for delivery the day after I arrived home! Delighted with the rug which was the finishing touch to our lounge renovations.
Really great service from Jane Clayton. My curtain is well made, exactly as ordered, and is a thing of beauty!
The staff at Jane Clayton are exceptionally helpful and I would thoroughly recommend this on-line company because it's easy to request samples - they are either free or only cost 75p which is very little to pay for peace of mind. As a result, I have purchased the most beautiful braids/trims to add a decorative edge to numerous roller blinds in our completely refurbished house.
I would echo comments made by the many other dissatisfied customers. Without doubt, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered two sets of curtains in early May, and despite their stated lead time of 6 weeks, they didn’t arrive until July; and they were faulty. They didn’t respond to my emails until I started down a route of legal action. They agreed to replace them and said they would use their best efforts to make them in a month. They were finally ready in mid-September, a total wait of five months. Then there was more hassle with four broken delivery slots by their deliverer – UPS, and they never turned up to collect the previous curtains either. I had to threaten to dispose of these before they agreed to arrange for another company to collect them. I have lost count of the number of emails I have sent them, and the sense of frustration it has caused me. Based on my experience, I think there are some fundamental management problems with Jane Clayton & Co. I would strongly advise you to shop elsewhere.
I ordered on-line (with my discount voucher). All went through OK and about 10 days later I heard it was ready to be delivered. Time taken (I assume) because order had to be placed with Liberty’s direct, but no problem for us as ‘the project’ is going to take ages anyway. I had been searching for a bedroom wallpaper for a long time and hadn’t seen ‘the one’ - great that Jane Clayton stocks Liberty’s (and a huge number of other ranges) so we could get a sample and deliberate. I finally felt I did have ‘choice’.
I was delighted that custom charges and tax have been covered in delivery charge so there was no additional cost to ship to Ireland. Excellent wallpaper choice and great service.
I ordered a curtain which was shipped securely and carefully and beautifully made. We are delighted and will definitely order again. The guidance and assistance we received throughout the process was very helpful and reassured us we carried out the measurements correctly. Thank you!

My experience is regarding the eBay side of the company, basically if they don’t get their goal price, they send you an email to advise that they have refunded your money as the listing was duplicated and they have no stock of that item and when you look on their website they have the stock. Very disappointed won’t ever use them to purchase wallpaper and won’t recommend.

Any one in the US who is unable to order a certain product here or find it is too expensive, should consider ordering from Jane Clayton & Co. They are one of the most efficient, honest, customer service oriented companies I have dealt with on the internet. Their website is very easy to navigate and beautifully done. When I had a question, it was answered quickly and completely. My order arrived in record time, was exactly what I had ordered, and they made several helpful suggestions regarding delivery options.
Great customer service and quality products. I am so impressed by the communication from the customer service team - it was refreshing to deal with a company who keep you up to date and informed on delivery dates and potential delays - transparency and well managed - fantastic.
Prompt delivery of fabric. Well packaged. No problem with either ordering on the website or quality of fabric.
Excellent website for choosing fabrics and a very large range. Friendly and helpful to deal with. My only criticism is that it takes a long time to receive a reply by email, usually between 1 and 3 working days. Also some fabrics that show as being in stock actually aren’t.
