Jun 16,2023I passed my C+E test only after 5 days of training. Although I had to take the test twice, the instructors have been great, especially Rob and the guy who taught me reversing in Melton Mowbray. The administrative staff were great as well, especially Darren who was always available to answer my queries and resolve any issues at any time. I recommend J Coates to anyone who wants to learn how to drive HGVs.

Jun 15,2023Passed my hgv 2 today after 3 days of training dnt think I could of done this without the help and support of an excellent instructor called Shoaib Mohammed. He made me feel totally at ease as soon as I got into the drivers seat. For a young man he has plenty of knowledge and patience and a very friendly and understanding teaching style. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to learn to drive an hgv. Thanks Mo

Jun 13,2023Had driving lessons 5th,6th and test on 7th June in Birmingham with Shoaib Mohammed knew within 10 minutes of driving all that was needed was me to improve on bad habits which he explained in a pleasant and courteous way and put me at ease he is a credit to your company

Jun 09,2023Don’t use this people. I have done class 2 training with them in last year dec 2022. My training was ok. But my driving test got cancelled because bad weather. They charge me £300 more. I paid them already £1500 for my training and test. Darren told me I will get refund from DVLA. This two guys on phone Darren and Alec very route to me. Specifically Darren he don’t know how to speak with people. After 6 months of waiting DVLA answers me back June 2023. They said they can’t refund my claim because of bad weather. They said bad weather is not DVLA fault. I m 100% sure J coats know all about this. But they only care about taking ours money. My friend done his training with HUGE in Luton. His test got cancelled but he did not paid any think to his school. Please guys don’t use them. I know some people book their holidays and book room in hotels to stay close to training centre. They all don’t get refunds. I hope this help you guys. Best look with your training and future.

Jun 07,2023I passed my class 1 with j Coates with no Hgv experience. I was very happy with my instructor Chris at Uxbridge who was stern but very knowledgeable and taught very well. I would like to thank the whole team as learning cpc and theory was great at St Albans and dealing with the sales team was very good as I had some issues which were quickly resolved.
