Aug 05,2023Passed my C1 licence and 'cpc' mods 3a & 4 with J Coates I cant recommend you guys enough! both your St Albans and Leicester depots strive to make sure you leave with that pass you need but do it in a relaxed way. Massive thank you to Taff Beaumont he is a credit to your company and a diamond of a bloke,he built my confidence up within minutes of sitting in the drivers seat, He got me test ready with less then 10 hours of training. Test day i was not confident at all but with his reassurance and positive attitude made all the difference and i got the pass,cheers Taff!

Wouldn't have been possible yet again if it wasn't for Steve, he's very patient and committed to ensuring you pass, honestly I'm so happy and couldn't have done it without him being so professional, he really is an excellent teacher and will recommend J Coates to anyone, thank you so much 😀

Aug 02,2023The whole team at j coats right through from CPC to class 1 driver training with Steve Martin at Nottingham. Steve Martin has been really helpful,knowledgeable and has put me through my paces, pushed me to drive better while giving me all the knowledge to learn and access the roads.

Jul 28,2023So its my first time driving a hgv vehicle and i had a great week with my instructor lewis he explained everything i needed to know helped me with anything i was nervouse about was always happy we had a great time during these 5 days and i passed my hgv liscense today with only 4 minors im so happy with my result and i dont think it would have been possible without lewis great instructor great guy a plesure to spend this week with !

Jul 27,2023Late is better than never, but i would like to thank Roland Hulls for helping me to pass my class 2 back in November 22, was brilliant and supportive all week. I am back here now to book my class 1 test, and hopefully can get Roland as my trainer 👍🏽

Would like to thank Darren pell for sorting my course out over the phone. Would recommend these guys to anyone

Jul 17,2023Would like to thank Shoaib Mohammed and the team at J Coates for delivering outstanding training which I would not hesitate to recommend, although it took me 2 attempts, (the 1st was bad decision on my part) I passed with no driving errors and yes after 6 weeks between tests I could still hear Mo “in my ear” with useful tips

Jul 15,2023From start to finish this company was great to train in hgv. Everyone is so friendly and want to help get you through your course. On the actual driving side Shoaib Mohammed was very professional taking my bad habits and getting me to lose them while training with him. I honestly can say they get the best out of you would highly recommend anyone who is trying to pass hgv to use this company

Aug 09,2023I had Roland as my C1 LGV instructor (Jcoates). We had two 4 hour driving days and an hour warm up before my test. He was a brilliant instructor and had a very efficient teaching style. He provided clear instructions that helped me learn quickly and pass my test. Would highly recommend😊
