Worst service I have ever had from an agent. I had been through a property and loved it my father flew over from NZ to look at it along with one other I liked… I called the agent a week before he got here left a message saying I’d like to take him through it - no response I then messaged the director of the office that she worked at and was told to msg her. I did and got “ I was on leave “ she hadnt even responded to left voicemails. I then asked if we could be taken through she had one time which we could not make and then I was told oh well we don’t work Fridays and she was full with opens on Saturday. No other options given no interest in getting us back through she was rude and so unprofessional. I then emailed her director with what had happened and got no response at all. I then Went on to buy the other property I saw that weekend. I am going to let the owner of the property know what she is paying this company to do and how they are letting her down. The property has been on the market 6 months and now I know why. The agent was pushy and rude the first time I met her and unhelpful and unprofessional the second interaction and her boss was no better - would never use this company and do not sell with them they are actually useless. Jellis Craig greensborough you are not worthy of selling anything.
Property managers don't bother answering communications. Zero communication skills and professionalism.

Worst experience ever promised the world got nothing Shocked at the way our campaign was handled Treated our listing as unimportant Kept being told to lower our price to get people in knowing quite well what price we were after We had to suggest an auction (shouldnt Jellis Craig be advising us) Very few people went through our property in 8 weeks Total waste of money on marketing they even forgot to list it on realcommercial when we paid for it (I picked up the discrepancy)
I'd like to share my recent experience with George Pangalos and his team at Jellis Craig Manningham and Maroondah. I interviewed George in November 2024 when I was looking for an agent to sell a property in Doncaster for me. George was friendly, enthusiastic and instilled a sense of confidence that other agents I interviewed did not. He also pre-empted many of the questions and ideas that I wanted to discuss – again, something the other agents did not. In a very short period of time, George developed a marketing strategy that I believed was sound, realistic and, as it happened, very effective. George is a great communicator. He kept me informed and up to date every step of the way – from our first meeting, throughout the marketing campaign and on the day of auction. Jellis Craig’s on-line analysis was continually updating with current information during the whole process. George's knowledge of the local market proved invaluable and combining this with his experience and auctioneering performance resulted in a very satisfactory outcome for me. I would not hesitate to recommend George and his team to anyone looking for exceptional property sales service.
Keep everything in writing. If *anything* goes wrong, no matter how big or small you will need to chase them up EVERY day. I wish Purple Pingers had done his video prior to having to help friends try to get some results from these paper pushers.
Absolutely appalling. The worst real estate agent there is Jellis Craig Mt Waverley. Extremely unprofessional. All they care about is money and don’t care if you live in a house that’s not to Australian standards. They lie and never give you any answers. They have been nothing but stressful and a massive headache. And I still get no where with them to this day. Do not go with this real estate agent at all. They don’t even deserve 1 star! The property manager even lies to be the other staff just so they don’t find out. Terrible! So many red flags with this agent and we are still currently in a house that is so unhygienic and no repairs done! It happens all the time.

We found your Agent Stephen Le Get was very helpful explaining what happens when selling a property we had. Stephen and Team kept in touch with us regarding how many were attending Open for Inspection days. How many serious buyers there might be. Organizing Photos and paperwork was done to appointment times. On the day of Auction, Stephen and Luke and team were very good explaining what happens. We were very happy with the result.
Jaquie Douglas and the team from Bayside are the most disgusting people I have ever had to deal with when it comes to renting. These people actually asked a widow, whose husband had just passed away, to email me. Their lack of professionalism and arrogance prevent them from acting ethically or holding themselves accountable. As it stands they stopped managing the property months ago, but still control the Bond. They have stopped me from getting my bond back, even though they gave management back to the landlord. This company took $2059 of a charity's money, and allocated it for our rent, and we don't know where it went, but it did not to the landlord, and it did not pay for our rent. But they held it. These people are pure scum.
Very poor customer satisfaction
Adam Walker from Jellis Graig Armadale brought enthusiasm, professionalism and good humour to the task of selling my apartment. He always responded to any queries, explained the process leading up to my auction and let me know the results of each open-for inspection. Adam handled all aspects of the sale with assurance. I felt I could rely on his experience and professional judgement and recommend him as a personable, hard-working agent keen to get the best results.
Jellis Crag Hawthorn office is the worst real eastate agent in Melbourne. They have the poorst and unprofetional property management. They are not doing any thing for property owner. They only collect money from management fee and collusion with various tradesman to defraud money from property onwers.
What an unprofessional entire office this is. I was Running 2 minutes late I still called 10 mins before and they had an attitude to not entertain me for viewing. Ridiculous. I called their office to complain and they hung up on me. Awesome
With Jellis Craig it very much depends on what you need. You buying or selling? They will be crawling all over you. Are you a landlord? They will love you. They may send you Christmas cards. Note they only reply to good feedback on here. A good business focuses on improving their relationships with customers not just basking in compliments. Are you a tenant? You poor poor thing. You will rue the day you rented through them. Just see the reviews on their websites. Every one is from buyers or sellers. Nothing about rentals. As their tenant, it doesn't matter how promptly you pay your rent, how tidy you keep the place, how much work you put into the property. You will be treated like rubbish, especially now in the supposed rental crisis. They make rules up as they go, they change management of the property constantly with no continuity, they speak to you as though you are so far beneath them you should be grateful they even bother with you. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM if you want sanity!!
Absolutely appalling service. Went weeks without heating, cooling, working smoke detectors, working oven, we had dead rats in the ceiling and then maggots falling through the bathroom ceiling fan from the dead carcases for several weeks. The property was handed over in a filthy condition, then demanded it was returned immaculate. The owner would come on to the property at will and was seen outside our bedroom window early one morning "gardening". Access doors were broken when we moved in, but the realtor refused to do anything about it. When I eventually complained, i was screamed at and told, "if you don't like it go to consumer affairs", which we have now done. They described the dwelling as "uninhabitable". We finally had enough and moved out, then they deliberately withheld the bond for several weeks for no reason other than the fact that we complained.
We live in London and have had Jellis Craig as our property managers on our rental property for 8-9 years now. They have been amazing. We have decided to sell and sought to commence this through Jellis Craig Brunswick and we're assigned one fo their directors. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. Elizabeth Kelly from the Brunswick office didn't call and when chased she blatantly lied that she had called (no record on either of our phones or a missed call). When pulled up on that and her cookie cutter approach we received an incredibly rude email from her. When we tried to complain, apparently as a director at a local branch she doesn't have a manager so that isn't possible. I'd avoid at all costs. Apparently flashy with no substance. Oh... She had the audacity to tell us she was number one in the market.... I'm not sure how given her inability to provide any customer service.
We have utilised Matt McIntosh to sell three properties over the last 12 months. Each sale has exceeded our expectations on sale price. His knowledge of the market provides a confident selling plan which was very reassuring during the process. Matt is clearly self motivated and his communication skills supports his negotiation skills . We highly recommend Matt for any sales campaign.

Apr 07,2025I advertised my property with JC Sam rigopoulos not only he overcharged us for commission at 2.2 he couldn't even get a buyer for my home. I decided to get a agent from a different suburb not only I had alot of inspection but sold it before auction as a rate of 1.4 max commission. Advertising costs max $4800 when JC charge us a arm and leg. Well done to my other agent. I highly don't recommend JC Northcote to sell your property.
