Apr 12,2021We wanted to sell our house ASAP and we didn't want a whole lot of individual visits from prospective buyers. Our Jellis Craig agent Phil, offered us a suitable solution to accommodate our requirements and he was confident the house would sell quickly. Unfortunately things got off to a slow start with a 5 day covid lockdown delaying photos of the property. Phil told us not to worry as he would be able to get more buyers interested even with the delay in photos. Well he certainly lived up to his promise and kept the inspections down to 2 occasions before we finally had a sale in just 5 days. Phil continues to keep us informed through each step in the process of the sale.

Apr 11,2021Josh did a superb job of selling our apartment in Notting Hill. We asked him to sell it quickly, with a short contract if possible and for a reasonable amount. He excelled in all of the parameters, Sold in less than 2 weeks, 30 days contract, sold for a lot more $ than any other similar apartments in the complex. We could not be happier, and would definitely get Josh to sell for us again.
