Apr 10,2021I had to remotely sell my property due to Covid and so never met Tom, my agent. My son organised the sale for me. Nevertheless, Tom was very friendly and positive and organised a Zoom style meeting for us all. He recommended an auction and managed to achieve our reserve price on the day, selling to a young family rather than a developer, which was my private preference. The buyer apparently already had finance organised and so the sale has gone smoothly thus far. I am happy with the service Jellis Craig provided.

Apr 10,2021We went to an auction listed by Jellis Craig for 1/15 Hemingford Road in Bentleigh East today, supposed to be at 11am (cold and rainy day). Got there at 10.45am, and there is a SOLD sign on the board. No sign of agent of course. There were at least 10 cars pulled in and we were disappointed. Happy for the owner selling it before action Bad customer service from Jellis Craig Bentleigh as considered our time was nothing. Understand that it could be a busy week, just took it off the real east website so we know and don’t waste our time. If it was sold even 30 minutes before action, Jellis Craig Bentleigh must have one of their staff at the unit to explain what was happening. Need better customer service.

There where a few issues early in the campaign that could of been done better. On the first open we where told there would be two agents but there was only one. Bottom line though a great result, looking forward to the promised Blue
