Placed my first order with Jellycats site on Monday 3/3/2024 for the Amuselables Cinnamon bun . It said allow up to 3 working days to pack and post and then I opted for DHL shipping which again was upto 3 days to arrive once posted. Well I'm really happy to say today is Wednesday 5th of march 2025 only two days after placing the order and my Jellycat item is already here safe and sound sat on my shelf thank you for such a fast delivery and it's great 😃

My daughter is absolutely obsessed with Jellycat, and we now have over 30 of them in her collection! Every single Jellycat we’ve bought has been beautifully made, incredibly soft, and of the highest quality. They’re the perfect cuddly companions and have quickly become her favourite toys. On the rare occasion that we had an issue with one, Jellycat’s customer service was second to none. They were so helpful and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently, which only reinforced how much we love this brand. If you’re looking for adorable, well-made soft toys with excellent customer support, I can’t recommend Jellycat enough!

I recently reached out to Jellycat for help identifying a few secondhand Jellycats. Annie was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me figure out the names of my new friends, and showed me pictures from their database. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Abovee and beyond help from Dililah who helped us find a replacement for our daughters beloved childhood teddy of 4 and half years. We couldn't find one anywhere and jellycat stock wouldn't be back until February. We are forever grateful to Dililah for sourcing one from a stockist (a small corner store in a town in Scotland). It arrived 2 weeks to the day the original went missing. Had it not been for Dililah it would have been 10 weeks plus of a wait and I'm not sure what our daughter or any of us would have done. "Floppy" goes everywhere and is as much a part of the family as any of us. Thanks again to Dililah, jellycat are very lucky to have you as an employee. You have your good deed done for 2024 and 2025!

I emailed for support on Feb 18 and received a reply on Feb 23, which should be quicker. I'm happy with the response, though; it was clear and concise.

Ordered a gift for my gf waited 2 weeks then they told me after that that the courier had made a mistake and sent them back the order so they initiated a refund. Why did you initiaded a refund without asking whether or not I want the package send again or offer to send it back with faster shipping. They also reply to emails a week after I have sent them. Bad customer service. Will not order from them again if they dont do something to fix the issue.

Rückgabe nach England schicken, obwohl aus Holland gekommen ????? Merkwürdig, zumal der Rückversand auf Kosten des Kundens geht. Einmal und nie wieder.

Made some mistakes when ordering so product didn’t arrive. My fault, not jellycats. But Megan at customer support was extremely helpful and understanding and was willing to help me to ensure my product arrive. Item came in excellent packaging and was a top notch quality product in itself. 5 star items with 5 star customer support. Well done, keep this up!

order 401008019 I have ordered a ladybug and spent £9 for next day shipping. Instead of being delivered to my address as I would expect they delivered it to a postal address that has 1star review on google maps and is only open 2hrs a day!!! I have emailed their help email but have gotten no response. I needed this for Valentine’s, either deliver to the correct address or provide me a full refund…
