I adore their products, and while the customer service can be good, im starting to get sick of ordering off their webbsite. My first order of this year, that i had 4 days DHL express as my delivery method, it was lost, and i was promised by dhl they would refund my shiping with jellycat, i waited, 2 weeks, and nothing has happend. The next order i palaced, was for the fluffy chicken and when i recived it it did not match the pictures on the webbsite, the tail was difrent, so i reached out and i was assured what i got was correct, while this is great that it is correct it dose not change that the picture i saw of the item i was ordering was not the same as the actual product. My third order of the year, i payed for 8 day EU tracked, and it says 8 day on the email i recived that clearly states what i payed for, howver when i got the shiping confirmation email, it says it is now 11 day EU tracked. I reached out to customer service, and waited over 2 buissnes days to get a response, and i have not recived one. On top of that, jellycat hand picks the rewives they post on their webbsie as if i write something is slightly not perfect with the item it never gets posted. It feels incredibly missleading and kinda sad how they feel the need to do that. The plushies are so high quality and they are amazing gifts but a lot of the time recently i find myself disappointed with the service and the "solutions" they give.

After leaving Clyde the Capybara in my wish list for a month on the Jellycat website, the day finally arrived for him to be back in stock. He was to be a special present for my grandson’s birthday. I placed the order, but by some unfortunate circumstance Clyde was left wandering lost around the internet, not knowing where he was supposed to be delivered to. I contacted Jellycat, and after initially being unable to find him, the task was passed over to Daisy the Senior Customer Service Specialist. Daisy immediate set out to find Clyde and left no stone unturned until doing so! He was found the following day and put aboard the Express to my grandson, arriving the very next day in good time for his birthday celebrations. Needless to say I cannot thank Daisy enough and am more than pleased with the prompt actions taken by Jellycat to get Clyde rescued!

Sara is very helpful in assisting me to resolve the issues I had faced for my orders. She is swift in replies and managed to rectify the error without much back and forth which is super appreciated. Customer service is good and know that I can shop from Jellycat UK with ease.

I was delighted with their customer service! I was helped by one of their employees Alex, who got back to me right away and helped me solve my problem instantly with no further complications making the whole process stress free! I reached out to Jellycat.com after receiving terrible customer service from the store that I bought my Jellycat from. A very kind member of the team called Josie responded to my query quickly, and was extremely helpful and sympathetic towards my situation. She immediately promised to send out a replacement Jellycat, and, within just four working days of making my query, I received it. Now that's what you call excellent customer service! Josie really went above and beyond for me, and is a credit to Jellycat.com. I would recommend Jellycat.com to anyone and I can't wait to purchase even more gorgeous items in the future. An easy five stars from me. Thank you!

Kate helped me resolve my issue of a broken Jellycat, despite the exact product not being in stock any more she organised for a replacement of similar value very quickly. Throughout the entire process she was incredibly kind, helpful and always fast to respond. I really appreciate how my issue was resolved.

Customer service representative (sara) replied to my restock inquiry immediately, and although the restock was not for a few months provided me with links to other retailers where the item was available. Incredibly helpful !

I had a delightful experience with Jellycat this Christmas. I ordered a custom bunny with a personalized name stitch for my girlfriend. Despite the holiday rush, Jellycat ensured the gift was dispatched promptly. However, a hiccup occurred during delivery when the package was unfortunately lost. Even though this mishap was beyond Jellycat’s control, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They not only helped me retrieve my order but also gifted me a small present to make up for the inconvenience. Throughout this process, I received daily updates about my order’s status and location from a wonderful Jellycat employee named Sara. She was incredibly helpful and answered all my queries promptly. The package, when it arrived via a different delivery company, was beautifully wrapped and flawless. It even included a heartfelt message that added a personal touch to the whole experience. I am truly grateful to Jellycat for their exceptional customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Jellycat is all good and stuff. But the real review comes in in regards to their customer support. I made an error regarding my shipping address which messed up things in around the delivery process. Bella, and briefly Nicola, from CS, have been amazing and really helpful and should be recognised.

Recently diagnosed audhd 28 y.o. girlie here. After whining about it for a long time, I got the tiny percy penguin from my bf last year Valentine’s day. I immediately fell in love with it and we named him Pinguinet. Later last year, I had to move out from my beloved apartment because I did not have enough money to be able to afford living by myself and I moved to my dad’s place, so my bf bought the little percy penguin to comfort me. We named him Kinder and just like Pinguinet, I immediately fell in love with him. I carried him with me whenever I was feeling sad or anxious and to my therapy sessions. He was also sitting next to me when I was finally diagnosed with autism and adhd, and I hugged him while shedding happy relief tears after an entire life of self-rejection. When autumn arrived, my bf told me he would gift me the large percy penguin if I could come up with a nice name for him in advance, so I decided to name him Panellet, which is a traditional autumn pastry in Catalonia. To my surprise, another little percy penguin like Kinder arrived, as we mistakenly ordered another one instead of the large. But once more, I immediately fell in love with him, so I decided to keep him and cherish him as much as I cherish Kinder and Pinguinet. My cat Brie did not pay attention at the penguins, but since Panellet arrived, she started chilling with them and taking naps surrounded by the little penguin family. Now we are waiting for the large percy penguin to be back in stock so I can invite him to our sweet cozy little family. I already have a cute name for him, and I cannot wait to meet him and give him as much love as Pinguinet, Kinder and Panellet.

I ordered two Fabulous Fruit Raspberries on 22nd December, but sadly when I opened the packet delivered on Christmas Eve one of them had escaped!! Annie from Jellycat could not have been more helpful, and on 30th a replacement was delivered. Exceptional customer service at a busy time of year, and even more importantly wonderful soft toys that enhance story telling with our five grandchildren, all under the age of 5!!

Where is my order ! Ordered in November and still no sign and it’s now 27th December! I can’t track it says it’s now not there. You have my money ! I would like my order or a full refund. It’s all gift for our newborn. And tried to email customer service but the email address on your website bounced back
