Sent a wrong item. Jodi from Jellycat customer services could not have been more helpful. In the end sending the item directly to my niece in America. Quality of the customer service definitely matches the quality of the product.
So you pay extra for express delivery, yet they take at least 4 days to dispatch an order. They do not make this clear anywhere during the shopping process and by choosing express "delivered in 3 days", it is misleading as these 3 days will start from the dispatch date, so looking more like 7 - 10 days.

Do not use this company ,the delay in dispatching the item is ridiculous I literally ordered items from Hong Kong & they turned up within 5 days, this company on the other had can't even send the item you've paid for within 5 days !! Never have I dealt with such a useless company how they are allowed to get away with it is beyond me Avoid by all costs
My daughters LOVE Jellycats. They are in their late teens and early twenties and I wanted to give them a Xmas gift that would delight them. One daughter had given me a few ideas of what she liked, and after looking around in shops, I ended up ordering from Jellycat online. For my other daughter, I bought the Huddles Duck, as her first word was ‘quack’ and it’s a fun gift with meaning. I have to say, I was really pleased with the lovely duffle bags the gifts came in, really trendy and they make the gift that bit extra special. After making an error with my account email address, I contacted customer services. The lady I spoke to, Jodi, was extremely helpful and sent me my order tracking information right away. Delivery was as promised and only a few days from ordering (I opted for standard delivery in UK). 10 out of 10.
My order had a delivery issue with FedEx, and Bella has been incredibly helpful throughout the process - from reissuing the order to sending me all necessary information, she made the process so much easier! Definitely one of the best customer service experience I’ve had.
There was something I needed help with, an error of mine not Jellycat. I messaged and had a lovely person called Sara who has gone over and above to help. The quality of the product and the customer care is second to none, I would highly recommend them

Wonderful soft toys (we have a bunny, a monkey and a big fluffy bear) and really helpful and kind customer service (I ordered from Italy and Theo was super helpful and fast in fixing a problem with the delivery service).

Had a problem with my order. A customer service advisor named Theo reacted quite swiftly, making sure to send another order to my address. He was very nice throughout our e-mails and probably made sure I will buy again from Jellycat in the future. Thanks to him and to all the other people involved helping me !
Really upset, I orderd a gift the tracking just sat at the order is on its way to to called Jellycat they said there had been an issue and it was being returned to them but they’d send speedy delivery to me. Second tracking number and apparently next day delivery before 1pm and it’s now day 4 and the tracking is still saying the same, Royal Mail are saying it has never been received there end and Jellycat just keep telling me it’s should be here next couple of days then next week. Its a special gift and the girl who’s it’s for is going to be really disappointed 😢

Awful. Ordered directly from Jellycat for a Birthday present, paid extra for 2 day shipping. The gift never showed up. When I queried this they replied to say it was lost and their records showed it had been dispatched on a date in the future which made no sense? They said they would refund me some of what I’d paid but didn’t include the full delivery cost. Ultimately I wanted the gift not the refund. Customer service was so poor, confusing and they simply aren’t responding to me to rectify the refund. I’m down money with no gift.
