Nov 23,2023Had been a loyal customer with Jellycat for years for the beautiful creations, with my lovely friends lasting through the test of time and many many throws and tosses from my toddler. They have been with me through the ups and downs. Had an unfortunate incident which I highlighted to the team and the service recovery was amazing, to my pleasant surprise (I was expecting rejection as it has been more than 5 months). Many many thumbs up for the great customer service especially from Sara! And thank you Jellycat for all the lovely creations that are putting smiles to people faces, even more so when they are having a challenging day. Cheers! Am looking forward to more lovely creations and friends from the Company!

Nov 23,2023I couldn't be any happier with this great customer service! 😍 Not only does my little fluffy Amuseable family warm my heart every day when I look at them, but also this amazing help from Sara, when my little Acorn-friend had a ploblem with a loose thread on his mouth. I received an immediate replacement and so many kind words during our conversation via email. Thank you ever so much! I wish there were more companies that cared about their customers' needs so warmly 🙏🏻💕

Our order was a little off, and Hollie’s swift and caring replies ensured the batch could be checked, and that our daughter’s satisfaction was assured. Our order was promptly replaced and Hollie helped us every step of the way. Truly, this has been THE BEST customer care experience any of our family have ever received, and we want to thank Hollie for her impeccable service, her incredible patience and care, and her outstanding kindnesses and assurances. An especially big shoutout to Hollie for rescuing our daughter’s special order. Jellycat has always been a beloved brand in our home, and it was the first time we’d ever encountered any issue. It was a relief to know that we weren’t fobbed off or forgotten, and we will continue our patronage of Jellycat toys for many decades to come.

Nov 18,2023Absolutely adorable bunny Sunshine Personalised Bashful Bunny in Medium I purchased as a gift for my Granddaughter and a book My Friend Bunny. Loved them, very pretty and sweet, absolutely happy with my purchase and customer service, delivery was just in 9 days without any problem whatsoever, greatly packaged. Will definitely shop there again. Thank you very much Jellycat. Absolutely adorable website too :).

Nov 10,2023Très belle de gamme de peluches et les produits sont de très belle qualité. Excellente expérience avec le service client de Jellycat avec qui j'ai correspondu plusieurs fois. La conseillère client avec qui j'étais en contact ( Sara pour ne pas la nommer ) est vraiment très sympathique, réactive et a été de bons conseils pour répondre à mon interrogation . En d'autres termes : un vrai service client !! C'est plutôt rare aujourd'hui! Je recommande vivement le site Jellycat.
