Very soft and good quality I bought the bunny says a medium size but it is very small . I was disappointed with the size for the money.
This summer I asked when the amuseable diamond ring with personalised bag was gonna be back in stock and was told October. Now that I asked again; noting that it is still not back in stock, I am told it will be restocked in December. Now I wonder what I will be told when I ask in December again.
I dealt with a lady called Sara over item they didn't have in stock. I emailed and queried when it would be back in and she kindly pointed me in a direction were I may be able to purchase the item successfully and sent me the link. Response was so quick and she was incredibly friendly, so efficient and just simply brilliant. Item is needed for my daughters birthday and because of Sara's efforts, my daughter won't be let down. I’m beyond thankful as I placed an order last week I was very confused why it was taking a while as usually jelly cat packages take no time at all. So I contacted jelly cat asking if they knew where my order has went, they informed me that it was marked as lost. I got such a caring quick response, they informed me I could get a full refund or I could get a replacement with fast delivery. This was handled so well.

Amelia was so incredibly kind and helpful, there was a mixup between addresses and my nieces jellycat got sent to the wrong address! Amelia responded quickly to the rescue with solutions to get the jellycat to my niece before her birthday! Absolutely amazing customer service, i will be ordering again in the future. I ordered 2 Smudge Rabbits the moment they were re-released friday and everything went smoothly. An hour or 2 later, I got an email that I had left 2 items in my basket, and that was the 2 rabbits, so I contacted Jellycat friday evening to ask if everything was ok with my order. I got the nicest response already saturday, everything was a-ok, and monday my order was shipped with DHL and arrived at home already today!!! I'm over the moon with joy, they're SO lovely! <3
I had a problem with the delivery of the order totally dependent on the GLS courier, I promptly notified Jellycat by email of the problem. They responded to me immediately, in particular the operator Josie Clarke was really very kind and immediately available to help me in the best possible way, infact she immediately solved the problem in the best possible way, making sure of it with extreme care until the last moment. Thank you for the professionalism and seriousness now rare in this world and the help that was provided to me by Jellycat and in particular by the operator.

Oct 24,2023I got great help from the very kind lady. It was a shame there was no replacement for Medium Smudge rabbit because it sold out so the lady arranged for us to have it in a different size. Great customer service. Shame Jellycat doesn't reserve a couple of items for cases like this. My autistic son was very much looking forward to getting a medium sized smudge bunny. Been waiting for it to return to stock for about 2 years. We will try again next time they become available.
