Sep 07,2023It's good. It's great when it comes to the Bashful Bunnies and the Amusables. But the rest... it's all a bit OTT. They have halloween skeletons, ghosts, vampires of some sort, etc. Right, it might be fun for some, but really? Making ghosts, skeletons and some other creatures? Aren't they exaggerating a bit? But if you still are going to shop at Jelly Cat, I still recommend it, and buy the Bashful Bunnies and Amusables. Encourage them to continue the cute little things... It's good. And I have to say, amazing, friendly service. Go, go Jelly Cat!

Aug 31,2023A superior company. Products are top quality, customer service is second to none, and if ordering off their official website, delivery is quick. Only problem with their products is that they're addictive and you'll end up with a small army of plush. Jellycat are my go-to for plush now, I don't consider any other company. I always feel confident buying from them.

I have ordered some really cute cuddly toys from Jellycat but the german delievery company (Hermes) just lost my parcel and didn’t make an effort to provide further information or to find my parcel. I have contacted Jellycat customer service and Kate has been amazing. She offered to send a replacement order (with another German Delievery company) straight away and has been so supportive throughout this whole process. I have received the cuddly toys in perfect condition. They are so adorable!

Aug 12,2023I was hoping to order a blue bunny rattle as a gift for a friend. It was out of stock on their website, so I contacted Jellycat to ask when would it be back in stock. Hollie got back to me the very next day (it was Sunday!), with estimated time of having blue bunnies in stock (unfortunately early next year) and a list of 3 links to their affiliated partners where I could still get a blue bunny! Examplary customer service - I ordered a blue bunny from another place & then proceeded two order two other animals directly from them. Would recommend Jellycat to anyone and again, thank you Hollie for your help :)

This employee is an absolute gem and credit to jellycat and I hope you are able to praise and reward her for her excellent communication, customer satisfaction, empathy and well and truly going the extra mile. Sara is a real asset to your team and I hope she knows how brilliant she is at her job. I would really like her to get some recognition from management.
