I managed to completely mess up my order so I went onto the website to contact them and ask if there was any way that I would be able to change my order and low and behold the angel that is Sara at Jellycat came to my rescue. It was the easiest customer service experience I have ever had and was so smooth sailing everything was figured out very quickly!
We had a problem with the embroidery on our bunny so we contacted Skye at Jellycat who straight away agreed to replace it free of charge. Skye’s customer service was the best I have ever received. Her communication was excellent for she responded to all my emails immediately and was so helpful. We received our new embroidered bunny within a few days as it was sent as special delivery. I would recommend Jellycat to everyone as if there is an issue Skye will do everything in her power to resolve it. Thank you Skye! My granddaughter loves her new bunny 😊

Senior Customer Advisor, Skye, and Customer Advisor, Caitlinn, were not only responsive and helpful with information, but they were kind, thoughtful, and generous. I genuinely had no expectations upon contacting Jellycat. Rather, I was simply looking for care information as my Jellycat was doing an inordinate amount of shedding. I thought maybe we were being too rough on it. But this customer service team went out of their way to help me find the answer. While my Jellycat is no longer in production, they offered me a replacement and shipped a similar product to me no questions asked. I genuinely did not expect this and am so touched and flattered that they would be willing to do this for my little boy who loves his Jellycat so very much. I cannot say enough how personal this all felt to me. I will not forget it and will be forever grateful for Jellycat making his day!

Very quick and easy to get done. We love jellycat. They aren’t just adorable but the quality is amazing. He had a little rip in our one and they asked for pictures and it was quickly shipped. We have many Jellycat loveys and the quality is great. We recently bought a new one that came with a defect. I contacted the company and the customer service was as good as it gets! It was excellent, truly. They were prompt, courteous and replaced the bunny very quickly. They could (and prob should) train other companies on good customer service. This experience made us customers and top fans for life.

I ordered an item from jellycat and it was dispatched in no time. Royal Mail said it would be delivered 2 days later and said it was in transit, I waited 4 days past the delivery date and it still hadn’t arrived. They have no help contact via email so I sent one over to jellycat and they responded so fast and gave me the update that Royal Mail had lost my item! I was offered a Full refund or a replacement by jellycat. I chose the replacement and they upgraded my shipping to dhl express completely free of charge! I am very please with the speed of which the jellycat team reply and how easy they make thing, unlike Royal Mail.
Customer service is out of this world, has really helped me through my issue I have had! Thank you
