Located on our first floor, Angela's Coffee Lounge offers a diverse selection of speciality coffee, freshly baked pastries, homemade cakes and delicious lunches prepared with premium, local ingredients.

Sep 01,2023I visited this lovely family furniture store twice in past 3 months. My first purchase a double bed and recently, I asked if I could purchase a shop floor restless chair because I suffer from back pain and couldn’t wait the several week’s delivery on a new chair. Initially, the floor manager declined, but clearly he understood, and agreed to let me have the Stressless chair which is renowned for reducing back pain. We agreed a price, and within two hours, the chair was delivered to my home with a cleaning kit included. I have used the chair for for three weeks and arm overjoyed at having relief for my back at last. I cannot praise the Staff and especially Stuart, for their personal attention and time spent with me on both occasions to help me make the right choices before purchasing. John Doe is a welcoming and clean store where you’ll usually find what you need with popular brands and not feel harassed by staff. A visit to Angela’s cafe upstairs by lift is a must. There’s an excellent menu in a delightful setting. John Doe in Diss is certainly worth a Visit and you don’t need to travel to other larger towns to enjoy the experience. HB

The care I received from Tom Barry when I found the product I wanted was brilliant, he very kindly sent me a photo of the sofa colour so that I was reassured in my choice. So easy to place order and looking forward to receiving my sofa. Will recommend the store and staff to friends and family.
