Located on our first floor, Angela's Coffee Lounge offers a diverse selection of speciality coffee, freshly baked pastries, homemade cakes and delicious lunches prepared with premium, local ingredients.

Jul 05,2023The friendly, helpful and polite customer service we received was outstanding and not always found in retail nowadays. Claire did everything she could to track down a chair that my father had seen on very limited information, keeping me updated and ensuring it remained a secret, the chair was duly purchased as a gift for him and he was thrilled. Shame I was in too much of a hurry to enjoy a light snack in the coffee shop, unlike my parents, who said both the service and food was excellent in there too! I will be returning!

Jun 26,2023We telephoned prior to our visit and spoke to Ben who informed us of all the wardrobes he had in stock as we urgently needed some. He was very helpful, so we made a visit to Diss and purchased 3 items after meeting Ben. He was very professional, knowledgeable and they were able to deliver my goods within 3 days. The delivery drivers placed my goods exactly where I wanted them. Excellent service. The cafe also sells lovely coffee too!

Jun 23,2023There is always a friendly welcome when you walk into the store. Staff smile at you and say hello. And they genuinely mean it. Everyone is so helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience shopping at John Doe. There’s an amazing range of merchandise from all the top brands and some you’ve never heard of. But all top quality. It’s the only place I now go to when I need furniture, bedding, flooring, soft furnishings etc. And when you need a break there’s now a brilliant cafe. Well done to you all.

Tempur are my favourite and I will be returning once I’ve decided. Thank you for your patience Stewart.
