I had specific requirements when I was looking to change my car. I felt I was listened to and my requirements noted. I got the perfect car for me. It was actually a pleasure to meet with everyone there. I had interaction with Secretary, two sales gentlemen and John the Head Salesman. I couldn’t have been treated with more respect and kindness by everyone. I think I’m now a customer for life!

Had a service completed recently It was all very efficient they even washed my car before I collected it
Communication was problematic. Tried to book by phone but no one answered. My husband booked the service online for 9am but the booking was not confirmed until I rang the day before the service and was told it was for 8am. My husband was annoyed with the communication and rang the service department as I was told that nobody was available to drop me 5 minutes up the road to Marymount Hospice. Hopefully it was a once off communication problem. Otherwise the service was very good.

It all started 4 weeks ago when I booked my car in with a parking Sensor issue , they wanted to pin point the main issue, the said they found which one was giving the issue and would order it in . 3 weeks passed and I didn’t hear anything back , so I rang them and from the call I realised that the part wasn’t even ordered, not that they admitted it, so the lady booked me in for the following week. I turned up walked around for 2 hours and they came out saying it didn’t fix the problem, that it was a wiring issue! So I’m booked in again for next week . And when i rang about the part to see if it was ordered this time I also couldn’t get through , the phone was just ringing out , so I texted my sales guy and he checked it out for me ! Altogether a very disappointing service!

This is an excellent garage and it has been a pleasure to deal with them. Bought a Kia from Peter over the phone and it couldn’t have been simpler. He got the car delivered to me in the midlands and the car was perfect. Very decent people and I’d highly recommend buying here.
