Had my first service on my fully electric MG4 and the front desk staff were fantastic. Great waiting area where I could work while waiting for the car. The service was completed in the given time frame and was good value.
Thanks to young Jack we called in for a look see and left with jaguar Epace. Very efficient service and charming too. We got a very good price for a trade so were happy to leave our older car and leave with our new one. On pick up day the cr was handed over in spicy and span condition and Jack helped us to Bluetooth our phones. Thanks Jack.

We got our car serviced, I am happy with the service. I was a little disappointed that the car didn't get a wash and hoover or that paper covers would have been used. Finally I also thought that if Iasked in enough time in advance that they would be able to lend me a " Loner" as they call them in the trade I believe. But I was told that they only had a few cars available and they were for people with other car problems. As I'm disabled , I had to ask for a spin to the shopping center in mahon point. So they dropped my husband and myself over and collected us after. But only when I asked and, and then I felt that they were doing me a favor. So that is why I didn't give you a 5 but you got a 4 star ⭐ instead. My husband said we should have only given a 3. But ye did the service well so far.. . So anything else is a customer service. But as Customer service was my area of expertise when I was working, I felt feel that I would have approached it with a lot more concern for my customers needs rather than what you do or don't provide. Anyway I have scored a 4 out of 5.
1: I had been contacted by phone a few months ago to arrange my service appointment date. I arrived on time only to be told there was no record of my booking 2: I was without my car all day so have to make travel arrangements etc. When I collected my car I was told that several items had not been completed because they did not have the parts. Why had I not been contacted and told this prior to collection. 3: I have just been called to confirm I will attend my provisional appointment next week to finish all the items. A provisional appointment was never discussed with me.
Simple my problem was sorted and the staff I was dealing with were helpful efficient and friendly.
saleman Seamus Murphy was very helpful and knowledgeable on EV's. The showroom on Bandon road was nicely laid out

Service completed within the stated timeframe. A few minor items pointed out when collecting the car, e.g. rear wiper blade, which to me proved thoroughness.

I took my car in for a full service. The lady on the phone said it would take 3 hours. After 3 hours I went it to see if they'd found anything with the car because no one had rung me. They came back at said it needed a software update (for an hour), new brake pads and three new tyres but they hadn't done any of it. I could either leave it for a few more hours or book it back in. At this point they've had my car for 4 hours and done nothing except tell me I am driving a dangerous car, total waste of money and time. I took it to another, reputable, garage the week after and the chap there said they hadn't done the tracking and they didn't even do basic things like tyre pressure or screen wash for 355 euros. Total sharks, I wish I'd read the reviews before booking my car in there.
