I got a 3 year service pack at Kia Douglas and expected the service schedule would align with manufacturers recommendations that first major service interval for EV is 24 months or 30,000km, J&P told me the service intervals were 15k and 30k which were only inspections rather than full services. Would recommend asking detailed questions about service pack as my experience didnt meet expectstions, also found they are not reponsive to online contact
Great staff to deal with and very efficient. We got a brand new car for only a couple of thousand euro more than a 3 year old used car, and with a 7 year warranty.

Took delivery of 1yr old Kia Niro ev on 27th Sept. On 30th Sept discovered that left hand rear seat belt receiver was physically broken and when used gave continual warnings. Phoned JPMG that day and received the usual assurances. 10 days later called in and was told end of week maybe (don't call us - we'll call you). Now over one month driving a car that would fail an NCT! Doesn't say much (or maybe says a lot) about their pre sales checking. After sales dire.

Very fast and efficient service
We dealt with Aidan Holland. He was a very patient, polite young man. Answered all our questions and was very patient going through all the details of our 242 MG3 Excite. This is the second car we have bought from Johnson & Perrott. They are a great dealership to deal with.
I received a prompt response after submitting an interest in the vehicle. All staff were very helpful, in particular Mark O'Connell who was lovely to deal with and collecting my new car was made to be an exciting experience.

Nov 08,2024Not happy with the service. I am existing customer with johnson douglas and in plan to upgrade the car. Requested a quote for new sorento 215 offer in person and phone. I received no response so far. This happened before when I purchased the sorento last year. There is no use of sending customers about 251 offers on whats App and no response back to customer when interested in buying new car. Totally disappointed and will never recommend yo any.
