Feb 13,2025This has been my best experience with an estate agent when searching for a property. Not only did Sales Negotiator Mr. Archie Jobson assist me with my property search, but the wonderful people I met during viewings were also incredibly down-to-earth and friendly. Even the mortgage advisors they recommended were a pleasure to work with. Although I have now shifted my focus to new-built properties directly from developers, I would highly recommend Church Robinson for anyone looking to rent or purchase a new home.

Jan 30,2025I'm someone currently undergoing a buy and a sell with JR in Newbury. My overall experience is 4*, however, the service I have received from Tayler and Alex has been 5*, a special shout out to them: Tayler has been wonderful - she's to-the-point and kept me steady throughout this process. In a world of grey, she's the clarity you'd want from your estate agent to tell you how it is, and genuinely makes it all feel like she's got your best interests at heart. Alex is the best listener that office has - he let me chew his ear off for a good hour across multiple calls in one day during a tricky negotiation stage. I felt like a human, not a commission, and that's really important.

Dec 04,2024We've interacted with Archie several times and he has a great professional manner when visiting houses. He is knowledgeable about the house and has a good balance of being friendly whilst providing space for me and my partner to discuss our choices and opinions. Whenever we've been considering a property, Archie has always been available for a chat and very good at answering questions and following up in a timely manner. We've spoken to many estate agents and he is by far the most attentive and supportive one we've met so far.

We had a good conversation about changes that could be made to suit my needs and enjoyed a joke about how many cupboards there are in the house. They achieved a sale at a better price than other agents had suggested, and the process was handled professionally and smoothly. James did a great job putting my house on the market and securing the sale, and Holly was extremely helpful in pushing through delays to complete the purchase of our new property. Overall, all the staff were friendly, easy to contact, and very supportive throughout. I would happily recommend Church Robinson for their professional and reliable service.

From the start, James came across as very knowledgeable and professional when explaining the process and strategy for selling our house. The agents were proactive when contacting potential buyers. They provided prompt feedback from viewings, and we were especially impressed with Raff's work. Dawn was very efficient at chasing up on the status of our transactions, and ensured we were always kept up to date on the progress throughout the chain. The communication from Jo and Archie regarding matters such as queries from our buyer has been excellent. The whole team worked together seamlessly, making it really easy and quick to address any queries we had. I cannot recommend Church Robinson highly enough!

Nov 08,2024I have been a client of Jones Robinson (previously Martin Walker) for over 12 years. In that time I have both let property through them and also sold properties. Lettings was fine when it was Martin Walker - after that when the firm became Jones Robinson the experience was, at best, extremely variable, and by the end it was singularly unhelpful. I would not let a property through them again.

Sep 19,2024We deal with the Newbury branch for our letting needs and Jack the property manager there is a cut above the rest. We have rented through them for over a year now and Jack responds to emails in a quick time frame and any issues we have at all he will deal with in a timely manner try his best to turn it around as quick as he possibly can. The communication we receive when we have visits or work being carried out is fantastic. I get a call and an email initially confirming details and then a call the morning of to just double check everything is still okay to go ahead and a courtesy call when they have finished. I have rented for nearly 10 years and Jones Robinson has been the easiest letting agents I have ever used. If you let through them you will be in safe hands I promise. Thank you for your continuous great customer service we are very satisfied with how your business works. Thank you Jack for being a great property manager!!
