Not only they charge you 35Euro shipping fee when you return an item that's too big from Canada but in top they slap you with Italian custome fees of 15% on total value of the product purchase. Not to mention that you also get custom fees when you receive it.

I bought the jacket I've been wanting for the past 6 months on sale at Julian for an excellent price. Really fast shipping with UPS to Australia. They do explicitly state that customs/import/tax fees are not included so I was prepared to pay the extra fees with no issues. Very happy with the experience and would definitely purchase from them again. Thanks!
