I ordered from Julian Fashion, however they sent me the wrong sized shoes. I complained, and explained that the website incorrectly mapped my order from US men's to UK men's. They said that they were going to charge me 35 euro for the return shipping even though it was their error, and I grudgingly paid it. But now I got an invoice of $187 from Fedex because they refused to pay for the original shipment. I'm making a fraud claim with my credit card company. Terrible service and highly dishonest.

On my second order from Julian Fashion i ordered the wrong size shoe by mistake. I called and the courteous, helpful, and luckily for me, bilingual, lady that took my call corrected the issue that moment. So not only do they have good prices on great stuff, but they have great customer service!
