Nov 12,2024Size guide was incorrect which lead to a belt which was too small. I wanted to exchange it for a larger size however you can not exchange. I have to return for a refund and in and amongst shipping and duties etc, Julien fashion robbed me of 70 EUR. This experience was very disappointing.

I contacted the website to ask some questions about the item and they were very professional and prompt about getting back to me and answering my question. I received my beautiful coat a few days ago and absolutely love it! I will definitely buy from them and recommend them to my friends.
