Emailed for a quote for aluminium windows and doors, had a response quickly and a quote followed within a couple of days. Ordered with Jack over the phone. N problems and everything went smoothly. I am now waiting for a delivery date as items are in production. Items not yet received as only ordered in last couple of days.

Problem with deliveries not on time, and the seller not realising the urgency, and being unable to cancel the order. You cannot cancel the order as it goes to production 1 day after placing the order, as they are supposedly very efficient! But the lead time is 10 to 75 days, so they could take just under 3 months to deliver your order. The delivery company forgot about our delivery, waited home all day, and called them to hear the typical excuse of van broken down. No apology or compensation from this company. I suggest stay away from them if you can. They go to length in writing explanation to justify their actions but n customer service at all. I am taking this to small claims court.

Found the website on google when looking for upvc doors and windows, went with the order because it had shorter lead time than others. However, the delivery was delayed. So the only adavantage of ordering with Just Value Doors was gone. Also seveal items were missing and some items were the not the ones we ordered. It took an extra 6 weeks from the original delivery date to get everything we ordered. I would not recommend unless you have no other option. Edit 22/12/2022: My order reference has been submitted to Trustpilot. Original delivery date was 28/09/2022, a number of items were missing and some are the wrong colours. Replacement came out on 02/11/2022, but it is the wrong colour again. Finally we received everything we ordered on the 07/12/2022, which is 10 weeks after the original delivery date. Money and time wasted, as we had a builder booked in to do all the works. This is additional stress that we did not need. My suggestion is if time is not an important factor and you are happy to have back and forths trying to get everything you have ordered then use this company. Otherwise, please steer clear.
