Dec 31,2024My game did not update the tracking past it being downloaded. I had spent many hours and invested some money in order to reach the bonus cash and cashback award. The customer support team was super helpful when I reached out about it and they were able to award me the cash for the levels I completed! It’s unfortunate I cannot keep playing the game because the tracking still isn’t working but I really appreciate support giving me the money I should have won up to that point!

Then the second credit issue happened and Angie L. was caring enough to investigate what happened and with information she asked of me, was able to send my case to Jill G. who reviewed my case information and determined that the credit I was asking help with, was approved. I appreciate Angie L., for caring enough to help me resolve this issue and not emailing a generative response. Dec 27,2024This app is trash. They waste your time accumulating $10 that will allow you to withdraw. $10 being the minimum but will not process the pending amount for the withdraw. It's been 2 weeks and still not processed and unable to withdraw. I will not be wasting my time with this trash.
