After explaining that it had been well over 24 hours without the credits being added there was no hesitation on adding the credits and correcting the situation. Dec 11,2024Customer Service had an attitude with me about money that I had earned from completing a game. They refused to help me which left me frustrated and with a sour taste in my mouth from the way I was spoken to. I have never had any major issues until now, but I’m questioning who really matters—us as the consumers or them as the platform managers. They claim to want to maintain strong relationships with their customers, but then speak to them in a negative, condescending way. It makes zero sense to me. Am I going to continue using the platform?…I am undecided at this point. If the problems continue, then I will certainly discontinue my usage of the platform.
