Dec 15,2024Games don't actually update. Had to talk to support to get 2 checkpoints that I finished long before the deadline. I've been done with Fiji in my bingo game for days and it still doesn't show I've finished it.

I have been waiting for a $250 cash out from them since November.....I have contacted customer service(I guarantee they do NOT read this and ask me to contact customer service like they did on my first review) as it says I have already contacted them. I have been getting the run around. First do this and then do that and I have. I even had one of their representatives tell me that I needed to contact Chime and show the information verifying I had done exactly what I was supposed to do and then send it to them. I have already sent them the screenshots proving I have upheld my end from Chime but they are still stalling...... I absolutely DO NOT recommend this app for anyone. Also no one ever answers the phone numbers that are listed. It's always the same recording. For all of you saying that have great customer service and you have never had a problem I call BS!!!

Dec 12,2024I wrote a review on this website yesterday and got a response from cash kick today. I'm writing another review to let them know that I do not plan on reaching out to their support anymore. Nothing has been resolved since I started reaching out to your support. I have already done everything that I was supposed to do by writing the support tickets and sending in screenshots and nothing was ever resolved. I have no faith that your support staff can resolve the issue today. I even called your phone number that's listed on Google and still got no response. Contacting your support has done absolutely no good at all so there's no point in doing it anymore. To anyone reading this review on cash kick do not download this app.

Dec 12,2024Rewards work fine at a lower level. Once you start to reach higher rewards suddenly it’s an “unresolvable issue that cannot be manually credited” making sure anyone I know is aware not to utilize this scam app.
