Now I guess I'm s.out.of.luck 🤷♀️

Dec 18,2024Scammers. -5 stars. I had to reach out and prove that I was correct in order to receive my funds over the span of 3 months because they kept saying they'd handle it and never did. I completed the task fully, but my funds were never delivered, and someone needed to rectify this. I provided multiple receipts, documentation, and facilitated outreach to their partner, which should not have been my responsibility in the first place, especially since I sent them information directly from their partner originally. That wasn't enough for them. It wasn't until a male employee got nasty with me, and I had to ask to be transferred three times, that the issue was escalated. Wasn't apologetic for necessarily wasting a ridiculous amount of everyone's time until I presented it, by the way. I was then proven correct, and my funds are pending delivery. Disgusting company. There are other options. Stay away from them. Update: Their claim to make every effort is out right false. I MADE every effort to do their work and have the string of communications to prove it. I felt "unsupported" because your employee was deliberately rude, refusing to believe that I earned my payout regardless of written/visual documentation provided and told me I was wrong when I proved repeatedly that I was right. It was not until they got nasty with me despite asking to be transfered 3 times, AND I had found the original email FURTHER verifying the promo with indisputable proof, that you then had a customer service leader finally provide the payout I had been fighting for 3 months for regardless of having done everything right. I don't leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I had to. With that, lie to some one not willing to call you out. I assure you it is not me.

Dec 17,2024This was only my second game experience with KashKick and I liked the set up of the app and had no issues with the first game. I reached out to support after I reached a goal playing Bingo Bling (marked off by their tracking) but the reward $$ had not pended. Having confidence it would be taken care of I proceeded to play to the next goal and achieved. My uneasiness started as I noticed missing games from my record and inconsistencies within the game itself. Long story short I was granted the $80 reward I earned. Jill from support was amazing, professional and responsive, she gets a 5⭐️. Nick, however was curt and uninformed, he gets a 3⭐️. Accounts for the 4⭐️ overall.

Dec 17,2024Had a problem with the app tracking game play properly and told me I didn't reach the goal in time. When I know for a fact I did it with about 9.5hrs left on the timer to complete the challenge because I checked the app to see how much time I had left. Got in contact with support and they took care of the problem and credited my acct with my reward that I know I earned and the app tried to screw me out of it. So thank you tech support for taking care of the problem.

Dec 17,2024I have been playing games on KashKick for a while now and I have only gotten $1 from playing and never can win or cash out because I can never get to even $10. Unless someone can tell me the secret to winning any money, I am completely deleting this. I don't have time to waste.
