They gave me an expected delivery date that was exceeded by three week, which resulted in me, not be able to cook on my grill for Thanksgiving. I still haven’t received it yet although it’s out for delivery.

Super fast shipping, great product lineup, very informative website, and a discount for signing up. Plus, it was VERY easy to find the accessories for the grill I purchased (such as the cover and a charcoal tray). This is a GREAT place to buy grills and grill accessories!!

Grill was damaged in transport. Had good communications with your CS team for a while, but they've since ghosted me without resolving the issue

I still have not received my complete order so it’s hard to say whether it will be the correct grill and accessories. Today is the latest day my order was promised for delivery yet it is now scheduled for at least 5 more days down the road. Use of FedEx may be the problem, as they have continued excuses for failing to deliver. I have always found UPS to be much more efficient.

When I finally needed some new parts for my 9 year old grill, they had the parts I needed and the order process was easy. Fast shipping also!

I ordered a part for my BBQ that we need a contractor to install. The estimated delivery date came and went with no word from Kick Ass Grills - the delivery went through Spotix, so I contacted them - they investigated and found out that the part had been "lost", which apparently in this case meant it was shipped to the wrong customer. They did have an additional one sent as soon as this happened but it put our project behind, and I have still never heard from Kick Ass Grills about any of this. This lack of communication is unacceptable so I will not be ordering anything from them again.

I placed the order of May 3. Today is May 27 - no order, no communication, no response to my email that I sent on May 10 chasing the order. I guess, I'll just file a dispute with the CC and stay away from this site. This delay blew all the delivery estimates. Are they dropshipping? Unacceptable customer service.
