Jul 21,2024We ordered two different car seats. Both came timely and were great. They were both listed as new items and overstock. One had a pretty beat up box but there weren’t any concerns with the seat. The other was a perfect box and perfect seat.

Jul 19,2024They shipped me a $400 broken stroller and then tried to give me a hard time about returning it. They have a 14 day return period, but I explained to them that I had gotten this for my son’s 1st birthday. We wrapped the present and didn’t open the box until his birthday which was one week after the return period ended. I did not use this stroller as it was broken and completely not usable. They ultimately did let me ship it back for a refund, but they said it was a one time exception so I’d beware!

Jul 19,2024I had to leave a review because I was VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT THIS WEBSITE, however I ordered the valco duo trend double stroller and got a great deal about $100 less then if I would of bought on Amazon or another site. Shipping was right on schedule and arrive when it said it would. Stroller is BEAUTIFUL and in new condition as website description this site is real and it’s not a scam! Trust it and trust me worth every penny shopping on here.

Jul 15,2024Requiring a signature created a major nightmare for me . I work more than full time and can’t be at home to sign . You should give the buyer the option . I live in a very safe neighborhood and NEVER had any problems with packages left at the front door . Unless your policy changes I am afraid I will never order from you again

Jul 13,2024I was VERY skeptical about this site. Seemed too good to be true and a discount ontop of it all? I read reviews, took a leap of faith, and am here to say IT IS WORTH IT!!!! I ordered a car seat and stroller that were overstock with beat up boxes. The boxes were in fact, beat up, but everything inside was pristine and new. No dents or scratches or missing parts. Shipping was also super quick!! If you’re nervous like I was, take the leap. Very impressed and will be utilizing this site more often!

Jul 13,2024They advertise gently used or otherwise, but fail to mention that sometimes a product might be a defect or item could clearly fall below product quality of an original (my case). They will also try to change your narrative and assume you lie when you attempt to return an item that is clearly of lesser quality than an original. They do not honor returns for defects. Do not buy from this company. Save the hassle and headache and just buy quality for full price.
