Jul 25,2024Ordered a Graco Travel Modes Stroller. The price was too good to be true. Paid an additional under $5 fee for if something were to go wrong. Important to READ description of item Could be new, store model etc. Mine said new overstock. Understood box could be damaged and mine sure was even had a hole taped over it. Stroller was excellent but the 2 front wheels were missing. Called Kidsy Customer Service and was given an email to contact them. They were very prompt in handling my concern. My son spent some good time putting it together. Car base, car seat, stroller etc. and was hoping he didnt have to disassemble whole thing and send back to get another one. Within a matter of a week the 2 new wheels came to his house. Was elated about this whole experience. Believe me Grandma will be looking again on Kidsy for something to buy and telling everyone about them. Thank you Kidsy!!!!!

Jul 23,2024The box came dusty and a big hole was cut into side of the box. Car seat was dirty on bottom but clean in the actual seat where the baby goes thank God. However it was expected in early Aug but came today 7/22/24. So happy about that.

Jul 23,2024Item was damaged, which normally I would chalk up to the carrier. Except the fact that this was clearly an open box item (despite NOT being marked as such on the website) and as someone who already owned and purchased this same car seat only a couple months ago, and was buying one for our other car, I firsthand saw the factory packing for the car seat thru legit point of sale. In this instance there was zero internal foam/packing material inside the shipping box, the car seat was left free to shift/bang around the entire time in shipment. The box was clearly repacked by the shipper, having grease and oil stains INSIDE the box (not outside the box however) and I've never seen more packing tape used outside of a box to maintain it's structural integrity as I saw on this transaction. Bottom line-buyer beware. If it's too good to be true, it is. Buy your product elsewhere. Offered resolution, was despite the terms on their website for their refund policy, which clearly states any return within 14 days if an item arrives damaged etc etc, they refused and said since I purchased protection thru Seel (I did this because the reviews for Kidsy are not good) I needed to take it up with them for a refund. Shady website! Response from seller below was to claim incorrectly the item was listed as open box. I stated that the item was open box DESPITE being listed as new. Either they cannot read English or they don't understand the language. I'm happy to share the listing and bill of sale showing "new". NOT "new-open box" or "new-other". Again, how is there grease INSIDE a shipping box and not outside of it. If this review urges one consumer elsewhere I consider it a success. This store sells used/store returns and lists as new and scams people.

Jul 27,2024There was a very important piece missing from the package. The reason I know because we bought the exact same one at Lowe's but it was a black one. We purchased a bronze one from Kidsey and returned the other. This seemed like it was on open box item and the pice needed helps the gate not from coming off when opening it up when you need to lock it. It's the bottom right locking mechanism to keep it in tact.
