Jul 30,2024I was super skeptical because I had never heard of the website before. I took a chance and ordered a baby swing. It did come in a damaged box (it had a hole in it that was taped) but the product is perfectly fine! IT works great and is brand new!

Jul 30,2024My son has been beyond thrilled with his hard to find Lego AT-AT walker set. He has been asking for this anniversary edition model for ant least a year but the price kept going up due to limited availability. We found it for the original cost (over 100 dollars less than Amazon!) on Kidsy. Since this was our first time ordering anything through Kidsy I was skeptical. I looked you up on the web and found only positive endorsements and was also excited to read about Kidsy’s motivation to keep more toys in circulation rather than going into a landfill. We were so pleased when the set arrived not only just as described but early! The box had some damage (as anticipated from the description) but all Lego pieces were in their unopened numbered plastic bags and instructions were pristine. Such a positive experience for both me and my very happy son. Thank you! Thank you!

Jul 28,2024We were skeptical of Kidsy at first since it seemed difficult to find reviews of the shop, but took a chance and purchased a few open box items (bassinet, swing and carrier) and were happy to discover that all the items were clean and as described. We found the travel stoller that we wanted on their site later and purchased that gently used, it arrived more used than expected which was disappointing, BUT the customer service rep remedied the entire situation and made it an easy, smooth and overall much more positive experience. Communication was great! Always prompt, polite, professional and overall the least amount of inconvenience possible to us. Really appreciated that. At first I was turned away by the item experience, but the customer service experience made me feel positive about purchasing from Kidsy again in the future.
