I was notified as soon as it was in stock and of its despatch the following day. It arrived next day, very carefully packed. An all round excellent service at a competitive price. Thank you.

Oct 21,2022I ordered some Sarah’s Garden Wedgewood plates back in April. Kings and Queend kept me updated that the plates had not arrived as expected and would not be taking payment as they were not now due in until July. This didn’t happens and I assumed that was that. Then I received an email to say that the plates were now in stock and could I pay which I did am I received my plates approx a week later. Very impressed that they kept me up to date regarding my order and would happily use them again

Oct 21,2022Would give 5* for Service & Communication but made a wrong assumption that I was buying British (perhaps made locally),they appear to sell a lot of Royal Doulton. No, my Oil&Vinegar set made in China; quality not there and relatively expensive.

Aug 25,2022I would love to tell you but I haven’t actually got my glasses yet .a payment was paid 14 days ago and I understand you were waiting for stock but it’s now 25 th aug and I still haven’t received them .an email notified me on the 22 nd aug they were back in stock but the money came out of PayPal on the 11 th aug .and I still don’t have them .no tracking so don’t know even if they are actually going to turn up .paying 4.99 for postage to .you never know they may turn up let’s hope

Aug 24,2022I placed an order almost 10 days ago the item is over £100. I tried ringing the number on the website but no one responded. Tried option 2 (the order line) a second time and someone did pick up. The agent was very kind and advised that the product manager was in touch with their supplier. To be fair they have emailed me and let me know that the product will not now be available until mid-September. I have cancelled my order although I really wanted the item for 2 reasons. When I placed this order there wasn't a note to say check stock availability or simply not in stock expecting more giving the customer the opportunity to decide. Secondly I have had to chase and probably if I went ahead will have to keep chasing. As another reviewer mentioned they do not keep you updated unless you call or email them. Considering the price tag I would expect more proactivity. It really is up to you whether you have the time and energy to follow up, I personally have neither.

Jul 02,2022I ordered April royal albert mug and tea cup.they informed me that one will arrive after 2 weeks while the other will be in the middle of June and I politely agreed however no updates received from them.the only time they responded when I called them last week of may in which they send the first one.I called this week last week of June and a lady told me it will be sent the next day but I did not received any tracking number.I will never order from this site again.

Jun 19,2022This was the only place I could find the item I wanted in stock, as it is a discontinued line. The price was very reasonable and the item arrived promptly and well packed. There was good communication from the company and the whole transaction went smoothly until the delivery driver dropped the parcel, clearly marked FRAGILE, over our back gate. Even though three of us were in the house, he didnt give any of us time to get to the door! Luckily the items were so well packed they were undamaged. Very happy with my breakfast bowls.
