Jun 14,2022Ordered the Royal Doulton 1815 bright colour side plates. Delivery was next working day. Plates are gorgeous, i'm always pleasantly surprised when an item looks even nicer in real life and these plates are certainly that. Highly recommend.

Apr 27,2022Dreadful customer service, Dreadful communications, or should I say lack of communication. Five weeks after my wife ordered china, & still waiting we decided to cancel the order. I had been asked to authorise a PayPal payment once more as the initial one had become time expired! This after I was promised immediate dispatch following a telephone conversation with a member of staff the week before. Not only that, the promised delivery was for an incomplete order with the rest to follow later but with no indication of when that might be! Previous emails asking for delivery updates received no reply! Upon trying to phone them today I was put on hold whilst listening to a recorded message playing on a loop. After some time the recording broke to a ringing telephone, no one answered then I was cut off. I tried again but got the same result. Please don't waste your time with this most unprofessional, disorganised company. Following the response from Kings and Queens I will clarify these points: It is all very well to apologise but an apology does not get my order delivered. I received no email advising of a delay when I placed the order. The PayPal authorisation expired solely due to the fact that your organisation failed to dispatch the goods on time. The email advising that the majority of the order was ready was after the PayPal authorisation had expired. There was no indication whatsoever when the missing item would be delivered to you. In that context "next delivery" meant nothing. I asked when your next delivery might be during a telephone call but you were unable too confirm when that might be. Email enquiries were not answered. Apologies, apologies, apologies. All very well but they didn't get the delivery to me.

Mar 21,2022We wanted to order a pair of wine glasses for a gift, so I phoned Kings and Queens to check they were in stock. The lady checked the warehouse while I held the line and found only one box, so put my name on it and promised to look out for my online order which I placed as soon as I hung up. She immediately confirmed that she'd received my order and passed the box for packing. The glasses arrived the following day and were well packed and protected.
