Jan 09,2022I ordered a pair of glasses as a present. Although they showed as available on the web site I was told they were on backorder and would not be delivered in time! However I decided to order them anyway and they delivered earlier than they had said which was just in time for the event so very pleased in the end!

Company kept me up to date regarding delivery and when I required to contact customer services, the staff were excellent at getting back. This is unusual to get such good customer service in these current times. Dec 15,2021If your product is in stock then the prices offered are attractive. However, if your product is not, and you will not know this until after the order, then save yourself trouble and delay and cancel. I would simply advise that you avoid this company and shop elsewhere. I placed two orders for a complete set of china in May. The funds were taken then. The first part of the order arrived in parts over the months to September, and only following chasing. I was told that the remainder would be delivered by early December. That passed and only following chasing am I know told that they cannot source and the last part of the order will be cancelled, leaving me months later with an incomplete set of china. At each stage there were delays, I had to chase and timescales passed without update. All of this made worse by the fact that they take funds at the time of order rather than when dispatched.

Dec 13,2021This company sometimes advertises items that it is not able to supply. They let me know quickly and when I contacted customer services, they responded the same day, cancelling my order for me. Obviously I am frustrated that I cannot have my glassware in time for Christmas, but a fast and efficient response greatly improved my overall experience.

Dec 10,2021I placed an order which saying on the website that is in stock. However, after the payment, I got an email saying that the item is out of stock and await the manufacture to deliver within 5 to 7 working days. After 14 working days, I have yet to receive the item so I sent an email but no response. I attempted to call their telephone number more than twice but again after listening to the standard voicemail and waiting on the line, my phone calls simply got cut off after more than 10 minutes without being able to talk to anyone. I emailed them stating that I wanted to cancel my order but again no reply. I had to order another one from another website which I got quickily delivered. Then more than 3 weeks after my order, I got an email stating that they have received the back order from the manufacture and the item is on the packing station or sort. I immediately emailed back saying that due to the prolong delay, I no longer wish to receive the item and ask for cancellation and refund. Guess what....... all the attempts to contact them simply got ignored and the item was delivered so I now ended up with duplicate items. Based on the experience, I will not recommend this website to anyone and won't shop with them again.
