I was a bit worried about postage as they're quite fragile but they were very well packaged so thank you King's and Queens! Also a big thank you to Melissa who ensured I had the glasses in time for Christmas. I will be using them again :)

Jan 23,2022Great price, super fast delivery and above all really great staff who could not have done anything more to help. Oh and really secure packaging on fragile glass. I have just read some of the negative reviews, and the service, care, product and in particular the attention and care of the person I spoke to when checking stock levels, delivery times and price are the completely the opposite of the 1star reviews- the person handling my order certainly went above and beyond what even I would expect , and I set exceedingly high standards. Certainly the chap that spoke to went way beyond the extra mile. The Waterford I ordered at about 11.00 one day arrived in less than 24 hours, perfectly safely packed, and not a shred of Covid excuses offered at any time only a “ we will do” attitude which was perfectly clear to me. Oh, I have no association with Kings & Queens in case anyone thinks I got preferential service!

Jan 22,2022I received my plates in a box that felt on the small side to contain well packed dinner plates. I was right, every single plate was broken. There was no packaging between each plate other than a very thin bit of mesh, the plates didn’t stand a chance of surviving intact. I can’t believe that this was considered an acceptable way to pack the plates. Now awaiting a response from customer service & an explanation for the appalling way my order was sent to me. Hugely unimpressed.

Jan 19,2022Easy to order and delivery was swift. However there were items missing from the order. I telephoned and was told they would look into it and let me know. No further contact but confirmation of another order was received by email for the missing items which also arrived the next day. The lack of apology or contact was not good customer service and I would not be keen to order again. When I tried to put the plates away I found that the 28cms plates I ordered in fact measured 29cms so did not fit in my kitchen cupboard. I kept the items as they were to match items already owned but am concerned they may be seconds. They are certainly not as described. Update. After I posted this review Kings and Queens asked for my telephone number to contact me which I gave them. That was over 3 weeks ago now but no contact. I have noticed however they have amended their website which no longer shows the size of the plates!! Disappointing indeed. I have changed 3 stars to 1 star. Would nearly have been better if they ignored the review.

Jan 16,2022Having searched for some time for gifts on the theme of kingfishers and having seen a number of kingfisher mugs, I knew when I found this one that it was what I wanted to choose. The mug is great quality, I really like the illustration and knew my friend would love it (she did!). It was dispatched and delivered promptly, carefully and suitably packaged (I was able to reuse the packaging). Communication with the seller was clear and efficient. An extremely positive shopping experience. I highly recommend them.

Jan 14,2022Tried to buy a frying pan but the next day got a very rude email saying that actually they don't stock the pans, would I like to let them keep my money for an indefinite period of time whilst they try and find one, demanding I reply to them in caps twice in the email. Obviously I replied telling them to give my money back but then they went quiet, replying to emails suddenly isn't so important when they need to do it. Seems I will just have to wait until I can get the bank to return my money, and my mum won't get her birthday present.
