Mar 04,2024I've been using Kiwi for about 2-3 years now, and am 100% satisfied with the service! Only one time was there a small administrative problem with my order not arriving and they promptly communicated with me. Kiwi re-sent the order and I had it within about 1-2 weeks. My husband is now using Kiwi as well for some of his meds, and we are both quite satisfied with the products and the service. We only have purchased ordinary prescription meds (blood pressure, thyroid, etc) that have long been off patent. Nothing that is a controlled med, or "new," which makes it less expensive and easier. This wonderful service has allowed us to build up a small backup supply of our daily meds in case of unexpected shortages, travel needs, etc. The one thing customers must understand is that their meds may be a different color or be packaged differently than they are used to. Customers should be comfortable with using/ searching online for different commercial and international names for their meds, and carefully reading the packaging. Dosages will always be the same as USA dosages. If confused or in doubt about your meds, discuss with your personal medical provider before ordering internationally. Good luck!

Mar 04,2024I have used Kiwi Drug for five or so years now. At first I was skeptical, but I took a leap of faith, and it worked out fine. Before you could use credit cards, I had to use checking account and routing numbers for online checks. A little scary at first, but I never had a security issue. Now they take credit card orders. My shipments come in a timely manner, all the way to the U.S.. Did I mention the pricing? They have very good discounts on all of their products. I constantly refer family and friends to the site.

When my prescription meds were no longer available in the U.K., my drug was shipped from India and I was pleased to find the price and manucturer were the same.

Everyone has an occasional hiccup in services..come on people be realistic...that said...after doing business with kiwi.com for years I've had mostly what I'd consider excellent services...the rare occasion when I did have a problem it was resolved in short order with few email & correspondence....kudos to your customer service team and dont forget the fulfillment team..orders have always been processed in a timely manner and e mail updates are given along the process.. I'm 99.8% satisfied As I said a couple hiccups.. Keep up the great services kiwi team. 👍😃

Their communication was excellent from the placement of the order to tracking the package. There were no surprises or changes. Even on that single occasion (a bit of a problem with a slightly rude customer service agent) I can still say that I did receive my product appropriately. The quality of the products I've received has always been excellent. They have also always arrived timely. I genuinely trust Kiwi.
